The platform allows brands to discover how customers use their product by detecting scenes and objects and filtering data by demographics, location, etc.
- Trends detection: YouScan automatically detects trending discussions and their sentiment. This functionality allows analyzing topics with up to 100 million mentions in social media in a fully automated way. There is a possibility to drill down and see all the analytics of a particular trend: sources, geography, demographics, etc.
- Auto-categorization: YouScan machine learning algorithms can easily determine the category of each content piece.
