Fidesic AP includes a powerful and flexible business approval rules model. Through a simple-to-use web graphical interface, your company can establish a role-based approval workflow. This system features an unlimited number of roles allowing you to assign permissions and privileges to users involved in your key processes. When an invoice arrives in Fidesic ePayables, your defined Approval Workflow Rules are applied and the invoice is assigned to the appropriate approval workflow. The first individual on the chain of approvals receives email notification that an invoice requires approval. He simply clicks the link and logs into his system to review the invoice details and approve the invoice. If additional approvals are required, this process is repeated until the invoice is fully approved based on your approval workflow rules. Beyond simply approving invoices, approvers have the ability to modify invoices, reroute them to different approvers and view a complete history on the invoice. This allows users to quickly make an approval or quickly get the invoices into the hands of the person who can approve it. Once the invoices have been fully approved, importing them into GP is a snap. Simply build your batch just like you're used to doing, then click "Get Fidesic Vouchers" right in your batch. No need for manual input, no need to adjust invoices after they are imported. Simply import, post and you're ready to make a payment.
