We offer three unique services to help you setup your Cloud infrastructure: A. Current System Assessment We will perform a comprehensive audit of your current servers to determine the proper system design, application resources, storage, as well as what steps will be required to implement the new Cloud environment. B. Cloud Services Design When planning a Cloud installation, including management services, the applications you have and operational features you need may affect the ongoing Cloud performance and cost. High availability requirements, special application needs, storage architecture, and network architecture all impact operating in the Cloud environment. We will help you sort out these requirements and design the appropriate Cloud Computing environment. C. Server Migration to the Cloud Whether a direct clone of your current Linux server environment, or a new installation, the migration to a Cloud environment must be seamless with as little downtime as possible. We will determine what methods and steps meet these requirements, create a formal project plan, and then assist and/or perform the migration. Additional Cloud Services for your Operating Environment: We offer four optional services to support your operational Cloud environment: 1. Server Monitoring Service Our enterprise class monitoring system checks your websites, servers, and services 24/7 to make sure they're up and working like they should. In case of an outage or performance issue, an alert is immediately sent via email or SMS. And, if you signup for our Incident Response Service (below), our team also receives the alerts and takes immediate action to resolve any issues. 2. Incident Response Service Our engineers respond directly 24/7 to any server or service outages or issues reported by our Server Monitoring Service, and will either restart and/or diagnose and troubleshoot any issues as they arise. 3. Software Update Service Our engineers will update your servers with the latest security updates and bug fixes. 4. Server Security Checkups Our engineers will perform regular Server Security Audits on your server to ensure the highest level of security and integrity of your system.
