ShopController uses the status of the repair order to control work flow. The status identifies active or inactive work orders so only active work orders are visible by technicians. The status can be used to order parts. By changing a work order from “Initial Inspection” to “Work In Progress” a flag is triggered in ShopController to order the parts. The status can also be used to “soft” delete estimates or work orders.
