It is the saved time, increased focus and improved team collaboration. For managers we compile the report automatically and send them to their e-mail (or they are able to access it through web, mobile, tablet). Therefore, they get a summarizing document that includes dashboards and textual parts. Dashboard gives a really quick overlook on how everybody on the team is doing, what have they achieved, what is troubling. For employees it is the increased focus because at the start of the week you write down the main tasks that need to be dealt with over the week. During the week you can modify and add new tasks, but you will have a great overlook of what needs to be done. This way you decrease the chance of starting with yet another project that does not fit into the objectives. Our customers have also mentioned improved meetings and saving hours of time from those.
