If you are wanting a strong automation software, ActiveTrail has you covered. The ability to create workflows and tracking the automation is so specific and goal oriented. ActiveTrail does not integrate to as many solutions as Mailchimp. There are obviously work arounds but it is a downside that it does not easily integrate. We primarily use this tool for marketing automation.

The drag and drop interface made creating rather complex automation trees that allow us to really measure lea interest before kicking them over to a human being for contact. We've seen measurable increases in our site traffic, engagement, and shortened sales cycles. Allows us to create complex automation cycles that capture leads from newsletters and tradeshows and work them until they score enough points through interaction to be considered hot enough to be contacted by a sales rep. I highly recommended ActiveTrail!

My favourite thing about ActiveTrail is that they are always growing their offering. You can tell they are truly passionate about what they do, and they are always striving to do more for their customer. From what used to be a fairly basic email software has now developed into a marketing monster offering social media advertising, landing pages, and a continuously growing variety of services. ActiveTrail does more than just getting the job done, and it's a company that I will stand proudly and support as they continue to grow. While ActiveTrail has a lot of information available to help guide you through, sometimes they are missing deeper explanation on the more complicated areas. I also find some of their coolest features can be glitchy which makes me hesitant to use them. ActiveTrail makes it easy to connect with your customers and build a database that is safe from the unstable world of social media. We've been able to build a unique audience through our email list, and segment our customers based on total spend, geography, demographics, and much more. Frankly in 2018, not using a platform like ActiveTrail is hurting your business! We've been able to use ActiveTrail to reach thousands of customers at an extremely low cost. As an apparel brand, we are able to offer special promotions to loyal customers, segment our customers for more targeted messaging, and launch collections to subscribers before making it publicly available.

ActiveTrail best feature is that it is free for the first 2000 addresses. It has template formats that are fairly easy to format, and it allows for campaigns, list segmentation, and email sequencing. It has all basic tools that are needed. 

I love the ease of use. As a person who is in marketing, I've been doing email marketing for a long time. Activetrail has been the perfect companion. From Setting up the campaigns to editing them and sending to thousands of our customers – the flow is extremely seamless. Thanks to ActiveTrail – it has been a breeze. Their knowledge base is very easy to browse and follow. Their support is quick. And the way they market all these cool scenarios on how ActiveTrail can come in handy – it's just awesome.

ActiveTrail works great, has a flexible platform, and makes it easy to design and send beautiful email campaigns.

The fact that you can easily customize your stuff and create complete personalized email is what I like about this platform. They open and showed me more ways on how I approach my list plus the fact that they have awesome customer support who can answer your inquiry in timely manner. Then I can monitor the results over the mobile app is a great addition to my overall experience.

I like that ActiveTrail gives me more ways for customization to tailorfit my emails to my segments. Innovative and updated features. I appreciate the kind of customer support that they provide. A few months after using ActiveTrail, my email marketing campaigns significantly improved, increasing my metrics and giving a value for my money. 

This makes maintaining all of our systems extremely hassle free.For a small business, this is plenty to work with for a few years. I’d rather go automated, but in a way that I have my own touch when communicating with my subscribers. The integration with Facebook which let me capture more leads and ways on getting back to them is impressive.
