Advanced Features • Optional multi-level (Up to 4 levels) approval process for both time and expense. • Set up time/expense groups to group employees by customers, service items, classes, or payroll items and limit what they have access to. • Administrators or managers can submit time or expenses for employees or vendors. • Copy previous week's entries to the current week. • Email notifications to managers for approvals and to employees and vendors when approved or rejected. • Automatic email notifications for missing time. • Expenses automatically creates bills for vendors, checks or bills for employees, or credit card expenses in QuickBooks. • Multiple web time and expense users can be assigned to a single QuickBooks Vendor. • Timesheets submitted by vendors can optionally automatically create a bill in QuickBooks.
