Who is it for?
primaERP allows you to easily track your time with the help of the stopwatch. If you forget to track your time, you can of course create the time record retrospectively. The app also has 4 different views: calendar, agenda, timesheet and team overview. In addition, the reports are created automatically according to the tracked time, which you can export and share with your team or client. Billing allows you to create hourly rates for all kinds of combinations, as well as create bills which are based on your tracked time. If you like to plan and control your time, the app is also integratable with Basecamp, MS Exchange and Google Calendar. And if you're always on the go, the app is available as Android and iOS app, which you can use both on- and offline so you never lose track of your time :-)
The time tracking app helps you see what you are spending your time on and if it is valuable or not. You can see at one glance if you're spending too much time on the client compared to what you're being paid or compared to other clients. You can also see how efficient you are working as well as differentiate between time that is beneficial to you and which is not. With billing you can also send your clients bills, which are based on your work and time. If you are in a larger team, the team overview lets you see at one glance what your team members are working on.
primaERP is free for 3 users to access TIME TRACKING and 1 user to access BILLING. If you need more users, then each additional access (user) costs $3.99/month, $39.90/year and $99.00/3 years.
