Easy to work with, intuitive interface, good customer service, keeps our CRM efforts up and running. Their syncing should be fixed though I had some problems, when trying to sync contacts and emails.

Reliable Customer Services and more
Firstly, I would like to say that the team is always there - on time - to answer customers' questions and inquiries. I can receive responses within minutes to hours. I am not disappointed. I do, however, find myself in quite a long waiting queue at times. I have known companies that do not have good quality customer relationship management - that leaves your company doing the better part. I really like how the application designed for mobile devices has a clean user interface, making it user friendly. It is fast and elegant - not cluttered. What I like in the latest update is that text messages can now be made from the application itself, from the palm of your hand.
The idea of having a seperate business contact number to meet customers' needs is a professional idea. You would not want someone's personal life to interfere with their working life.
What I also like about the app is you have a wide variety of applications and social networks you wish to integrate into the app (including your Google contacts). The synchronizing feature is so accurate and convenient, I can't stress it enough. The sales' pipeline management system is a perfect idea because... well if you would want to customize it according to your needs - it would be easy. In addition you can integrate (and even share a folder) with a lead, prospect or client agent from your Dropbox or Google Drive. Upon finishing each call, you are prompted to log the call along with the call's notes. Whether you use the app to make a call, your mobile phone or even Google Voice; you can log the details of the call along with future follow-up actions. And that is by creating tasks from that specific call. Lastly, I must add that the sales reporting and data you can view to measure the performance is yet another reason why this is far superior for the cost you would get from other CRMs on the market.
However...
There is some room for improvement I have for this company is some of the features in the synchronization options for Google contacts. Because when you sync, Google + causes an issue because of any contact you add to the Base. When it syncs Google contacts, your Google + account might find more information than what is actually there on the contacts, and may add more to certain fields. It appears further optimization was required. Therefore if the name of the company is spelled slightly different. For example, you may not have added LLC to the end of the company's name. And then instead of adding that to the existing company it will create a duplicate company within Base.

Good management tool, but hoping for more
Base CRM keeps me up-to-date with all the daily activities of my sales team and provides me with updates on prospects. It shows me how things are progressing each day and I find it to be of great help in management, and for training purposes. Base effectively logs all types of team activity and records any calls made through the system. Many of the features are useful to me and I find Base very easy to use. I think Base CRM would be a little more helpful if I was able to see the role or title of individual employees listed within a company when I’m viewing contacts. I would also like to be able to customize the reporting feature and be able to identify criteria used in compiling a standard report. Merging of data could also be made more streamlined. When I try importing new data to an existing field, Base creates a duplicate field rather than merging it, so I don’t have all the data about a contact contained in a single field. The system is very flexible when adding new fields and new users. The only difficulty I had with this was when I tried to change the label of a numeric field that I had created, when I had unintentionally labeled this as being a text field. Base software would not allow me to make the change. The Base CRM system has powerful reporting capability and it is a great tool that makes management so much easier.

A Useful Tool For Any Sales Team
The first thing I noticed about the Base CRM is that it's easy to use. That is actually impressive considering how useful it is. It has a number of useful features that has been very helpful for my sales team. The features are updated regularly so I'm not left in the dark about the latest advancement. It's easy for me to add data and call others from within the app and works well on Android and smart phones. I use it to train new team members and to keep better records. Calls can be recorded which is useful for training new sales crew members.

Base CRM: A Solid Platform for Sales Productivity
Overall, I found Base CRM to be a good platform to enhance and improve sales productivity. It's intuitive and easy to use, with a design that's simple and well-organized, although it could use some enhancements and improvements. The interface makes it easy to email and reply to emails, which allows you to keep a chain of correspondence with key contacts. You can also import contacts and emails from Google in a way that's both simple and seamless. Setting up contacts is also easy, you can quickly create a new contact without having to leave the contact page. It's also possible to customize fields, and the system isn't as cumbersome as other CRM systems I've used. There are several ways in which the product could be improved. The user interface is average at best, especially the company page, and the search feature could be easier to use when it comes to filtering the results. The companies and contacts should have separate listings, so that you have different ways to tell them apart and differentiate them other than the icon to the left of the name. Additional search capabilities would be useful as well, e.g., to be able to show a contact I haven't spoken to in over 30 days. Also, its impossible to make emails public to the rest of your company, you have to click a button to make them visible, which is quite time consuming. Finally, social integration is sorely lacking and makes completing the contact info take longer than necessary.

a simple to use system.
Base CRM is a simple system that makes my work super easy. I find Base very manageable unlike other CRM systems I have used in the past. Base helps me to keep in touch with both my customers and my co-workers and it gives me valuable info to get to know the customer with whom I am dealing.
Because of the simplicity of Base I am able to customize fields with no problem. My emails and my contacts are seamlessly imported from Google; and I like Base's drag and drop interface. I can easily email and reply to emails, my correspondence with contacts are kept on one single card, and all my customers and businesses can be automatically linked. I really like that I can quickly create, set up, and enter a new contact without leaving the contact page.
I find that the document storage works okay and the reporting is good but I feel these are areas which could be improved. Adding project management features would also help to make Base a better CRM for me.
