Chargebee

ChargeBee is great! I am able to build a customer portal customized with recurring billing. Invoices are created and sent out on time each month for continuous customer service, which is important in my line of business. They have a great support system that truly works. Overall, I have not experienced anything wrong with these services. It has saved me time and money and has my business running smoothly.

It didn’t take me long at all to learn how to use Chargbee. The software has tons of different options that allow you to customize your plan. A variety of payment plans can be implemented using the software. You can also apply coupons, deals and discounts easily. The only thing I would like to see improvement on is the integration with email software.  

The money that I spent for this software was put to good use! It has helped me tremendously, compared to other programs that wouldn't even allow me to see who was on current payments, I am so glad that I decided to go with it. Before, I had programs that would help with certain aspects, but not with the whole picture. It was frustrating trying to deal with things still being messed up even when I thought that I should be getting the help that I need. With ChargeBee, my patients can even sign up online, and it makes everything much simpler! I have a much easier time managing everything now, as this program takes care of everything at once, and the set up went very smoothly for me.

It’s safe to say that ChargeBee helped save my family business. I can’t recommend the product highly enough. As well, the checkout solutions provided, have allowed our customers to get in and out of our store seamlessly.  Initially, I was skeptical that such a service would actually translate into sales, but I was quick to learn that people buy more when they are comfortable. Before, our checkout page was a mishmash of options that confused our customers. ChargeBee allowed us to consolidate. Really a great product!
