For somewhat disorganized people, this app is a miracle.

I love the calendar and schedule features that alert me about upcoming meetings and their associated tasks. The GUI of Contactually is super functional. I mostly use the app to share articles and respond to emails, so instead of using a couple of apps, I can do everything with just one. I think my favorite feature is the grading option, because it pushes me to work harder and improve my performance.

Increased our web presence

We simply love this software. Contactually is an innovative and awesome software program that not only increased our presence on the web, we saw our sales increase. It is incredibly easy to use and install, and we saw almost immediate results. Since it also works on iPhones and Android, we also love the fact that our business team can still use it when they travel. This software literally does everything, and lets us work as a team. We can personalize automated marketing campaigns and track sent emails. The software helps to manage and enhance our relationships with our customers, while collaborating and following the sales as a team. It has really improved the efficiency of our sales process, while also helping it to remain consistent for our customers. Now that our sales process is organized, we have seen an increase in sales and traffic. This software has been especially helpful to us now that we are starting to scale our business development team.

Contactually Is An Easy, Efficient CRM System

I recently switched to Contactually and so far, the experience has been pretty satisfactory. When you first set up the account, people are set up in categories known as ""buckets"" and it's surprising how accurate the initial categorization is. It's been really helpful for keeping track of my clients and who I need to follow up with. Now Contactually has taken a load off of my shoulders by doing it for me. As convenient as Contactually's automation is for CRM purposes, sometimes there are issues with syncing with other aspects of my Google account--notes and other apps especially. Fortunately, their customer support was extremely helpful in resolcing the problem step-by-step. The Android app could use some improvements, too. It can be a bit of a resource hog and was rather clunky, so while I would have liked to have been able to monitor calls and texts with my clients, I ended up having to uninstall the app. For those of you who are new to Contactually I recommend starting with just a couple of buckets and going from there. It can be overwhelming to sort all your contacts into buckets first. Trust me, I know this from experience. So just add people to your buckets as you go and within a few weeks, you'll find that everything will be perfectly tailored to your needs and easy to use!

Linking it all with contactually

I like using the Contactually program because it is easy to set up. I also love that this program is able to integrate Facebook, LinkedIn, and email accounts so I have all the contact information for my customers in one place. The Merge feature on this program helps me to keep this information in order. If I have a problem I am able to chat with a rep from Contactually to fix it. When the office hours are open they are very helpful too. I would suggest the office offering different times slot instead of the standard hours every day.This program will not work with the Microsoft Outlook program for a Mac. I am hoping this issue is resolved soon. I do not like that LinkedIn is able to restrict access to some information due to security settings. I would also like to see customizable invite requests for LinkedIn. When setting up the tasks common the program does not list who the tasks are for. When a task is set inside contact the name of the contact will not show up. This has been the only confusing part with this program.

For a Simple, Effective CRM System, Look No Further Than Contactually

The problem I find I have time and again with CRMs is that they often take far too much to customize to suit my needs. After years of trial and error with various systems, using Contactually was a breath of fresh air. One of my favorite features is the push reminder, which lets you know who you need to follow up with on a daily basis--this makes it much less stressful to make time for keeping in touch with my clients. The buckets help me organize my contacts based on where and how I know them. Introductions and group e-mailing are also a huge plus of this service. Best of all, the interface is very streamlined for ease of use and I’ve already recommended Contactually to several of my friends and co-workers. The mobile app works fantastically as well! My only concern is that the grading is occasionally vague and the integration into Gmail has a couple of minor bugs, but nothing too major.

Makes My Life Easier

One thing that I really love about Contactually is the way it makes my life so much simpler and easier. I don't have to enter my own information when I am doing things, it does that job for me - saving me time, something that I really appreciate. It is really awesome how Contactually will get information about my contacts from my emails, and it even gets more information about them by going through their social media profiles. It really makes my life so much easier and does all the work that I would have to do, otherwise. A couple of problems that I do have with Contactually: When I am working with my team, I don't always know what has been shared with the rest of the team and I wish I had this information. When I am working alone, I really wish that I could merge my contacts when I know that they are the same person.

Satisfies those with small needs in CRM

If you’re a small company with just main CRM needs it’s something for you. If you need to keep an eye on the huge lists of contacts, have a lot of information exchange with other enterprise solutions or want complex automation and/or scoring, you should skip this tool. That’s also the reason why after trying it out, I kept looking for something else. For me it’s just not enough.
