I have been using Dotmailer for going on six years now, and there are so many benefits to using this service, it’s hard to judge where to start. First off, the editor is extremely easy to use. The interface allows the use of drag-and-drop which is a huge time-saver. Uploading custom templates and saving huge blocks of info for future use are also very useful. Another big plus of using Dotmailer is the seamless integration with CRM systems, which allows for easier target selection as well as providing our business with analytics to further help us develop our marketing strategies. The support team is also great - cordial, well-informed and thoughtful all around. Most of the features, such as the dotSurvey and microsites, are simple to use, and CopyKat is a great way to present new releases quickly. The API integration is a little spotty as far as its ability to report back to our CRM goes, and there aren’t any analytics going into the system from Opens, either, so in order to keep these up to date I have to use the web version. One more thing that can be a little daunting to work around is the lack of an autosave feature. Chrome integration is also a little buggy. All in all, this is a great service for the few little hiccups it has, all of which are easy enough to resolve.

Really good product, it's easy to use and has great reporting. The drag and drop is also really nice and easy. 

Dotmailer is very user friendly and makes launching campaigns simple from creating new templates through testing and sending out to subscribers. We've seen significant improvement to our campaign performance (open rates and CTR) since migrating to Dotmailer and that says it all.

For quite a few years now, we’ve used Dotmailer at our company and have found that it’s a really good fit. We’re a rather small company, but we have an extensive customer base. For that reason, Dotmailer suits us because it provides on-site reports that are convenient for when we need to pinpoint the segments of specific campaigns that are successful and which are not. Although the members of our team are not big fans of the Easy Editor function because we would rather code in a separate program and then import our campaigns into Dotmailer, we are probably in the minority. We just feel that our systematic approach works better for us in spite of the fact that we are losing a few of the Easy Editor benefits. Of course, were it not for the fact that we have personnel who possess coding experience, that theory would not work. So, for companies without experienced coding people, the Dotmailer Easy Editor feature would definitely be a must-have. For both those companies and others who have coding experience as we do, we highly recommend Dotmailer.

Dotmailer is fairly simple even for a computer user without much experience. Their editor is clean and provides an interface that is simple. Being able to drag and drop for any assignment is a big time saver that made it so I didn't have to learn complex code or other difficult concepts. For our campaigns, we also need to have good reports that allowed insight for future decisions. The services also gives us the ability to narrow in on specific audiences based on behavior so we don't waste time on efforts that don't provide a ROI. One of the aspects we liked best, at least in our office, was the support, which was really A+ level. All of the sites they have for additional services offer the same level of quality and ease of use. The CRM system could be improved though. A few other things that can be improved are the pricing of certain test features as well as the ability to strip any identifying information that relates back to their services from the emails. The test process could probably also be improved for the pricing.But overall a great way for us to create our email campaigns. 

It doesn’t really matter if you have your own small shop or an international business – dotMailer is great for both options. Although I haven’t tried too many other possibilities, the thing I just love while using dotMailer is that I can have all the constituents under same account. That way it’s really easy to share templates, new thoughts and also to keep track on the process. I highly suggest trying out dotMailer.
