HelloSign

I find it a really easy and fast way of getting things signed, the interface is nice and intuitive. 

In this day and age, we were looking for a replacement for our fax machine in my office. After too many malfunctions with our machine, we were over it and knew we would have to find some sort of replacement. After getting HelloSign, we were instead able to skip the printing and faxing process that has become so common place in other offices and easily sign documents without even leaving the computer. I did have to set up the first e-signature, but after that it was a simple process of clicking to sign and sending the document off. Even the initial set up was straightforward and quick. Since the process is so easy and the service isn't complicated, there really isn't anything I would criticize about it. It was a good enterprise solution for our workplace and worked without any problems. Cutting down on the wasted paper and time spent faxing back and forth was a big help for us.

 I can completely bypass the entire process of printing a document, signing it and then scanning it again before mailing. And I do not need either a printer or a scanner .It’s also really simple it just requires registering a signature. Hellosign comes with a Chrome extension and a mobile app. Considering that we receive soft copies of most of the documents, it does prove to be really convenient and a big time saver. And of course, I can sign and send back documents on the go and never have to bother about the lousy process of dealing with printers and scanners.

The HelloSign service has many issues. Sometimes it does work well but there are more times that it does not work than it does. When it does not work, there is no figuring it out. Additionally, this service offers you no customer service at all. When you send the company an email nobody gets back to you for many days if they email you back ever. If you happen to pass by a phone number somewhere on the web it will go to voicemail and nobody will call you back. I counted on the HelloSign service to deliver documents that needed to be sent on time to my employees and clients too but got no such thing. The HelloSign service dismisses any cares that the users have in satisfying employee or clients. It seems that only one person works for this service whenever they want to and they might help you if they feel like it. If you want to have customer service, I have first hand experience, you are not going to get it. With this service, you definitely need good customer service and that is never going to happen.

Because it’s integrated directly into Gmail, HelloSign is one of the simplest electronic signing apps I have come across. I particularly like that all your documents are backed up in your HelloSign account, automatically, regardless of how or where you sign a document. HelloSign ensures your documents are secure by encrypting all your documents keeping them private both in transfer and at rest. This software comes with a notifications feature that keep you appraised of the signer's activity and our audit trail logs it. HelloSign allows you to share templates and signed documents with your team, and even outside counsel, so everyone is operating on the same paperless platform.
