Kashoo

Kashoo is one of several competing software packages designed to give businesses information about earnings and sales figures. It has a detailed dashboard full of information for company managers. Such information can management decisions more effective. I found it had a different way of presenting management information via it's dashboard compared all of it's rival systems. From that dashboard you can go to specific pages dedicated to differing types of information. It is an alternative means of obtaining data, no better or worse than others. When I got used to the differences I found Kashoo relatively easy to use.

Being cost-effective and having help when I need it is important. We switched from Wave Accounting to Kashoo because their least expensive plan supports multiple currencies, which is vital to our expansion. We initially found Kashoo's pricing structure confusing when we were trying to track business accounts so multiple employees could access them. I wanted a separate account that my book-keeper could not access and I recently learned that you have to add a second business to create a Small Business Account that is separate from personal accounts. These amount to an additional 5 dollars a month each. I found this disappointing because it was not clear in their pricing; this is my main reason for giving the site 4 out of 5 stars. I pay $30 dollars a month, which is expensive for a small business, but being able to deal in multiple currencies makes it worth the cost.

I don’t have any training in accounting but Kashoo makes it easy for me to keep track of all my invoicing as well keeping up-to-date records of my business income and expenditure. Kashoo makes it possible for multiple users to have access and I want my business partner to be able to view the accounts and make any necessary edits. I also like the fact that Kashoo can handle transactions carried out in more than one currency and how the latest exchange rates are downloaded every day by the software. The one thing I would like to see changed is the invoice configuration. I think Kashoo should have more configuration than the present system allows. As a small business owner I prefer to use accounting software from Kashoo rather than spend money on the services of an accountant. Having a professional handling my accounts would be a bigger expense than this web based solution.

Over the past 10 years, My company has used various accounting products that claim to give you the most accurate or outstanding results. This, we found to be untrue advertisement, until we came across the Kashoo accounting system. It is easy to use and available for 24 hours access. Although it would be great to have more statement tools, the overall customer billing is okay. With the simple to use inventory feature, I can at least rate as software as being average. So far I have not lost any inventory for my business;therefore, I don't see much fault with this system. My company started using this product about 7 months ago and the software itself is still keeping my business in order and that is all that matters. It has helped my company save tons of money we used to spend on outsourcing to various accounting companies. I give this product a A+.
