Mad Mimi

I take much pride in my business and I genuinely enjoy what I do. Hoping to go that extra mile to increase my sales, I decided to try Mad Mimi. Their website seemed promising and easy to use. I signed up immediately. With packages that involved thousands of contacts and the ability to send unlimited emails, I would be foolish to turn it away. The novelty, though, wore off quickly. As some of my emails began to be marked as spam, I was afraid this was no longer going to help. I continued to try to send my emails, all while trying to contact Mad Mimi to ensure things will still be going well. Unfortunately, and to make matters all the worse, I was eventually banned from the website.  

Great easy to use email tool, really love the analytics and their helpdesk.

Having never used an email marketing service before, I am amazed at how simple it is to use the Mad Mimi interface and how quickly I can create and share small newsletters with my customers. I am extremely happy with the user-friendly templates and how they allow me to send everything out in a professional-looking format. Mad Mimi's learning curve isn't very steep, but I had to consult their outstanding customer service representatives to help me with some minor problems which I couldn't solve myself. I couldn't figure out how to organize my lists alphabetically and they came back to me in less than ten minutes with the correct answer! Considering that I am a user at the free level, I was both delighted and impressed by their timeliness and friendly responses. Mad Mimi's seamless integration with my social networking accounts is yet another reason why this is a service for which I would actually be willing to pay a monthly fee.   

I started using MadMimi so that I could connect with my customers and use it for my email marketing campaigns. At the time I had been looking for a simple solution that would also be cost effective and I looked at a lot of automated email systems before I chose MadMimi. I picked MadMimi because it allows me to upgrade easily as I grow my business. I did have some difficulty when trying to personalize my emails. There is a way of personalizing emails at MadMimi, if you first import a list with details of first name and company name, but the system would not allow me to merge individual names with the company name fields. Email marketing with MadMimi is very easy. It’s a cost effective way for me to get my messages sent out to my list of potential customers. I also like being able to keep all my customers up to date with my business activities.

CrowdSpringis very different from other sites that offer website design. My company website needed a makeover and I don't have a lot of experience with webdesign and I'm not the most creative. The modular approach to services means that I only have to pay for the services I use. I only pay five dollars a month for the drip/scheduled campaigns feature. I created my first campaign in less than an hour. The tracking/reporting feature allows me to compare my campaigns and see which ones are doing best. The downside to Mad Mimi is the lack of variety and complexity in the template designs.
