RightSignature

Great product that is very simple to use. I really like the drag and drop features for the signature, date, and check boxes. I also like the documentation at the bottom of the document that indicates when and who signed it. It's very convenient and keeps all my documents organized!

RightSignature helps me get a valid legal document with real signatures in under a minute with 3 simple steps. It's as easy as sending an email. This brilliant tool is constantly trying to roll out various new benefits and make the process of collecting signatures more easier. I love the fact that, when the document is signed by multiple people, all the signers have different colored signatures. I found a few issues though with this platform. For example, I cannot send multiple files at once or share templates amongst other users. I faced this issue when I had to send three PDF files to someone. I had to end up combining all the three PDFs in Acrobat first and then I sent it. It was either this or 3 separate messages. So that was very cumbersome. Another issue is that users who are under the business account cannot share templates. I mean if in my office there were 5 users who wanted to send out the same form, then each user, has to individually create the template form under them. I wish RightSignature had the provision of assigning an Admin who creates the template forms to share with the others, this problem would be solved. If you are looking for a platform where you only have to send one document at a time then this platform is great for you, else if you plan on sending multiple documents for signing, consider using DocuSign

RightSignature is very suitable for sending contracts or documents back and forth to be signed, it is also very easy to amend documents along with resending them to others, and it is great for sending electronic documents very quickly with ease. This program is very environmental friendly, since it saves a bunch of paper along the way. I would suggest making sure that the client you are working with is comfortable using electric documents and online signing tools. Documents will be sent via email so you would want to take the time to know the confidentiality level that is required before you use the RightSignature. I had a very good experience while using this product, and I would gladly recommend this system to others that are looking into going the electronic way instead of the paper way. Paperless has always been better and with this program it has been made that much easier to use.

I want to make sure this is done is a safe and secure manner so I use the program RightSignature. This program allows me to send documents for review and have the clients that I am working with sign and return them to me. The process is safe and secure. There are additional safety measures to make sure this information stays confidential and private. I also like that the RightSignature program allows me to send and receive emails in real time. This allows me to instantly see any changes that have been made to the original documents so I do not have to edit and reedit. This save me a lot of time and there is little margin for error. I use this program for all my communication needs and emails.
