Robly

I have been using Robly for over 5 months, sending weekly emails to my customers. The software has excellent features that make it very easy to make professional emails. Highly Recommend!

I have tried the other companies and keep coming back to Robly.  Their customers service is great and their product is super easy to work with.  We have increased our results and it is a measurable return on our investment.

Is Robly the best? No. But it is certainly not the worst. Robly is a very good product compared to other products I have used in the past. Robly gets the job done with only minor headaches. It's user friendly, which can be somewhat annoying when you want to take a more creative approach. Robly is perfect for beginners. Their customer service is great. When a problem occurs, I know I can get helpful feedback quickly. 

I've been using Robly for about 8 months, and have had VERY little to complain about. The user interface is very easy to understand and navigate. There are a FEW formatting limitations, but C'MON, you're designing fantastic looking emails ONLINE!. I used to use Constant Contact, and was pretty happy with their service, but the thing that moved me toward Robly was the ability to upload unlimited photos with NO additional charge! This is HUGE! With CC, there was a (not cheap) charge to have more than just a few pics. I also love Robly's OpenGen technology, that will re-send your campaign, with a different subject line, to those who did not open the first time. I find this invaluable in getting my message to more of my clients. I have only had the occasion to contact customer support once. Their response, and solution, was prompt and courteous. I would certainly recommend their service to anyone interested.

I've used other online email builders over the years, but I found that Robly has an edge when it comes to innovative features. Their OpenGen feature that sends out an eBlast to unopened emails after a period of time is unique. However, I would prefer if all their email templates were responsive.

I am not good with computers but find Robly easy to use.  I like that there are more sending options available. 

Robly has been an awesome product and the customer service is to match. Their tech gets me more email opens than our previous provider! 

I was a constant contact customer for many years. I switched over to Robly about 9 months ago. The price is much better and I feel I have more control with Robly's cool features. I love the openGen. The fact that it is automatically sent out again if they didn't open the email is awesome. I do wish they had an agreement with MindBody so my emails could transfer to Robly. The reason for the four stars is that there have been times that I call for customer service and they seem like I am bothering them. It could have been someone having a bad day but it has happened more than once.

Our organization uses Robly for email blasts and for our newsletter. It is very user friendly and easy to work with. The different templates are great and the option to post to social media at the same time is very helpful in promoting our organization. We have received great feedback from our donors and supporters and have received many donations as a result of using Robly!

We have used Robly for over a year for our two businesses with great success! Compared to other programs that we have used in the past, Robly has been easy to use, offers excellent options for publicity and newsletters, and makes our communication with clients professional and trackable. Open Gen is brilliant and has increased our client open rate. We highly recommend Robly to everyone who is looking for client communication software.
