The price of Soffront is very high when compared to its competitors and the number of features they are providing their customers with. Also it’s complicated to use and customization was a problem for me.

This CRM is a bit complex, but the customization options make it worth the time and effort it takes to master the program. I've had to call support several times, but I was treated courteously and patiently. My only complaint is that the full-blown program is too expensive. It costs just as much as Salesforce, without as many features.

The CRM offers a wide range of customization options and to fit most users' needs. The project management and support team are quick with response and helpful. Soffront also offers a mobile supported version so overall it's very recommended.
