It's very helpful that the service integrates with Salesforce, that way we can have surveys integrate with our contact lists. 

SurveyGizmo make it easy to create intuitive forms, quizzes and surveys. I am a huge fan of their question logic, easy API integration, question scoring and more. They also have great customer service.

This is a very powerful tool that allows you to put together a survey for just about anything. SurveyGizmo can be a little intimidating when you first get started. Each survey is basically a separate project, which is a bit overwhelming. Once you get the hang of it, though, the power of the tool kicks in. We use SurveyGizmo to generate all of our web forms. It takes in all the data of whatever survey you set up, then outputs it to a variety of other platforms and systems. The existing interface to do this works well, and we haven't had any problems with it so far. 

Surveygizmo has provided my business with an integrated platform that suits my company needs for user information.

The lack of guides and FAQ’s section makes it really difficult to master some features especially survey logic tools. The only way to learn logic tools are the tutorials which are sometimes lengthy.
