It has a good and intuitive interface, with good integration with Salesforce. It's definitely a decent product but just not the best. I did hear it's very useful for non-profits.

  We found this program easy to install and use. It has some great features including a blog about writing emails that generate successful contacts, the ability to analyze the success of a campaign or email. We have the ability to instantly know this data, and it is stored to refer to for future campaigns. We are now communicating with our supporters in a more consistent pattern with a pleasant communication. The only difficulty we have had is that using the new product resulted in a significant amount of our emails going into spam wastebaskets. Changing our originator confused the spam filters and caused some of our supporters to miss or receive delayed announcements. However, we have found ways around this approach that have helped alleviate this problem, which is only temporary. We found a good solution is to announce by using the former message system that a change is coming. Also communicating this information by other forms of communication has helped mitigate this response. All in all, this service has been a great addition to the work being done by our group. We highly recommend this program to any non-profit or new company. Vertical Response provides its software to new companies for free until they reach 1,000 followers. They will help you get noticed. I love Vertcal Response! They have made email marketing fun and easy! I get to design my own email based on multiple templates that they offer and can even customize images, texts, and colors. There is even a place for people to sign up for email membership. When you sign up, Vertical Response sends an automated welcome email. They are up-to-date with all of the current technology, too. All of the emails responsively format to fit whatever device they are viewed on and they post my messages to Facebook and Twitter fans. I can even create my messages whenever I have time and they will schedule them to be delivered later. The best part about their service is that they give me real feedback in the form of statistical data that shows me who is reading my emails, what links they accessed, and who needs to be targeted again. I definitely recommend Vertical Response..
