Viralheat

Viralheat is an excellent lead-generating tool and its customer support team is among the best in the business. However, it would’ve been great if it had included better Pinterest functionality. 

Viralheat is comprehensive and provides us with powerful and insightful analytics. As such, the interface can be somewhat daunting.. So my best advice is to take advantage of their customer success team to get the most out of the tool. Overall, this tool has a tremendous value for both SMBs and Enterprises.

Viralheat is an ideal software for managing social networks. If you don't want to waste any more time sifting through social media this is a great product. It helps to monitor and analyze posts which can then lead to them being defined as leads which a consumer might use. It is very user friendly, requiring little time to get used to and is easy to navigate. For the price, this software is incredibly useful and can easily pay for itself in a short period of time if you already use social media to find leads. Since I have been using it, I have had much more time to work on other products since I no longer have to sift through posts to find leads. The software has also allowed me to easily present the data it finds in excel and pdf formats. Overall this software is great as a time saving social media management tool. 

I recently started using Viralheat and I really like it. It's user friendly and allows me to schedule out posts ahead of time on multiple platforms for the same client. I'm a marketing manager, so Viralheat is a perfect tool for my line of work, and I'd recommend it to anyone in my shoes. It's efficient, well-functioning, and easy to use. It saves me a ton of time to be able to schedule posts in advance, set up an entire marketing campaign, and then put it all in action with just a few clicks, without needing to constantly go in to make the next update at just the right time. In addition to allowing for scheduled posts, Viralheat also is helpful with its analytics and ability to view a timeline of all scheduled posts. There are definitely some ways that Viralheat can improve as it grows, but for a new company, they are doing great, and I'm excited to see what comes next

Viralheat is an easy program to use. The wonderful monitoring capabilities have been a great asset to our company.It was very easy to set up profiles within the program to monitor the topics, and accessing the data that was monitored was easily done. We did not need to use the publishing or engagement portion of the tool, so I do not have feedback for that area of the program. The two things we would like to see expanded would be the analytics and the report features; more customization availability would make it perfect! Viralheat provided our team with exactly the monitoring tool we were looking for. Once you have your basic needs covered, ask if Viralheat has other features that could be of use to you. They were extremely helpful when we went to them; a member of their team even brainstormed the best ways our account could be set up so we did not miss anything. Wonderful customer service!

I needed to be helped with finding the best way to make the Analysis UI effective for what I do, and what I got was remarkable. I found out that Viralheat has an undemanding procedure which comes with useful trinkets which are clearly visible. These trinkets ease the analysis, more so depending on the interface of preference. The simplified options helped me to lay out my results in diversified ways. Having the right knowledge of where I was supposed to click within my results helped me manipulate the layout of my results to the best kind that I wanted. Another added advantage is that Analysis UI allows the integration of the sales or customer support software that I have. Having something that works very well with what I already usewas a big plus. It was a helping hand that came at the needed time.

Technology is an important part of my business but when I need customer assistance I want to speak to a real person without having to wait for an hour. Viralheat is an easy program to use and has great customer support if I need it. The program is user friendly but there are some options that I would like to customize that are not currently available. I use Viralheat because it is easy to understand and I do not have to spend hours trying to figure out how to work the program. This program is also trustworthy. It is able to easily connect to the systems that I already have set up. It also makes sure that the customers we submit to social media sites are clean. I am happy with this product because it is easy to use and I know that I can trust it to be secure and safe.
