This worked really well for team collaboration and interaction on certain tasks and projects, being able to track all it all as well is very helpful. The interface takes some time to get used to and could be more user-friendly.

I was very pleased with the interaction that could go on between coworkers, as bitrix24 has a feel that is very similar to any popular social network, and everyone seemed comfortable with it. My coworkers seemed to enjoy the site, and it's fun watching them interact on it. The downside is that they don't have the best layout and I find it to be a bit messy and inconvenient. It's also hard to get used to using the file sharing system, as it is a bit complicated for me and everyone else who's never used something like that before. My suggestion to you would be to look through all of your options before you decide what to go with, as this might not be the easiest and best program out there. There are many nice features about this product, such as your own work space, but I'm sure there are other products that offer that and much more.

There are a lot of things about Bitrix24 that I was happy with. They met my needs in a lot of ways, but they are also lacking in some things overall.
When I discovered that I can use them to track my hourly employees' time, I was very happy. It's a simple and easy way to do that, and it makes my job simpler though I don't like how they are set up. The clock on the top right is very distracting. It blinks and flashes and asks for you to clock in, and it can get pretty annoying.
If minor improvements would be made, the overall feeling would be much better.
