I haven't used it myself yet because we're still growing and it's a bit pricey, but I heard that it's a fantastic product, great for big social media campaigns, so if we continue to grow I'm sure we'll pick it up too if our budget allows it.

They have good analytics, it really is a nice tool for customer engagement, very user-friendly. Makes it easy for us to improve ourselves.

Smooth, Easy Interaction with Customers
These days social media tools for professionals are easy to come by. We've switched to Engagor recently, and I have to say that it has been great. Our favorite part about it is it's ability to engage customers while keeping our associates working as a team. Complete with charts and number crunchers, it's analytic component get's the best information to customers through the social media platform. Pros: We find it super easy to use with a straightforward, organized interface. This pertains to its analytics and the way it publishes information for clients. It really does help us work as a team. Cons: The price is a little high for some companies, who might not be able to risk such expenses. Smaller companies might be a less suitable business model for this sort of service. Engagor does help with organization and engagement with customers. If you can afford it I wouldn't waste time with other platforms. This one is very well designed.

Monitoring my social media analytics is very important to me, as a small business owner it is imperative to my business that we have a strong social media presence. I recently came across Engagor, it is a product that enables people to monitor and analyze what is being posted, said, and written about their business or person across social media.

Multi-functional program that is great for growing teams
Engagor offers reporting system that is easy to use as long as the user has some previous experience. We have found it relatively simple to add new accounts/brands/competing information. It’s especially helpful in those last seconds where you need to get the information for a business presentation or for competitive analysis requested by a customer. When we were considering Engagor, we thought through several aspects. The most important was the availability of the helpdesk, since the tool that we used previously, had problems with user support. Also we paid attention to the ability of multi-function under what we understand the capability of being able to publish, label and report all while using the same platform. Last but not least the workflow for a team that has new accounts adding up. Engagor is useful in the team communication and publishing for a bigger team but I still think teams that work internationally might not find it the best choice. There are still some bugs that we struggled with while using Engagor.
