FreshBooks

Freshbooks has been great for my small business! Quickbooks, like other full-featured software, is expensive and has way too many features that I don't need, want, or understand. Freshbooks has a quick and easy setup process, and I could begin sending out invoices right away. Not only can I generate my own professional service invoices quickly and easily, but Freshbooks tracks them by email so that I know the customer has not only received it but also when they've read it! This makes it so simple for me to bill shortly after the service has been rendered, and to not only do it myself but keep track. The only difficulty I've encountered has been getting to my company's Freshbooks page on the Internet without a link. For infrequent users, users with multiple mobil devices, or a company with multiple users, this could be a little frustrating to work out. But, as I said, there's not much to dislike about Freshbooks! It's been really easy to use and is perfect for my needs.

I used to have a hard time keeping track of invoicing, my expenses, and where I allocated my time. I would even go as far as to say I lost a lot of money in unclaimed expenses receipts, well with Freshbooks this all improved. I pay a small monthly fee for the basic package, there are other options available and you can take advantage of the wide range of services offered by Freshbooks. This includes creating branded invoices in minutes, converting estimates into invoices, submitting expenses, and much more. I use the free iOS app, there is also an Android app and both enable you to keep track of your accounts anywhere. I had to contact their support team a couple of times and found them to be quick, helpful, friendly and able to resolve my queries almost instantly. 

FreshBooks cloud accounting provides top notch customer service with great smartphone support on the Web. With easy to use interface, FreshBooks allows us to spend less time with paperwork. Since we can send invoices to our clients from anywhere we are able to get paid for our work more quickly. We can keep tabs on invoices and reminders can be sent automatically to our customers. We have found that many add-ons are available to us and FreshBooks is customizable to meet our needs. With FreshBooks we are able to build a lot of collaboration as clients can access relevant sections of our site. With Fresh Books we get document sharing and reports but we feel some improvement could be made in enabling us to easily toggle between options with a client. The Recent Activity feature is great but for our uses somewhat limited on the number of activities that can be viewed. We hope to grow our business with the support that FreshBooks offers.

I was looking for a product that could help out my business, and I found just what I needed in FreshBooks. The features that I needed were available through this product, as my invoicing needs are not as specific as some business's are. I know, though, if someone has really specific needs when it comes to invoicing, that this product probably isn't going to work for them. I love the fact that FreshBooks's options can be customized, which means that I can switch things up to meet my needs, but I wish that they could be customized even more than they can be. I really wish that I could just completely switch things up, and I have found that the fact that they allow you to customize things just isn't enough, I need to be able to customize things just a little more. This product works for me, but it could definitely work a lot better if I could change things up more.

FreshBooks knows how to keep clients happy – show them on the home page view how they are doing. It’s possible to see how much you have charged in the last 5 months, what is the amount of money you have received and what is the total of invoices remaining to be paid. FreshBooks is just so convenient to use: creating invoices, seeing history of a client, making repeating profile etc. FreshBooks also shines in the category of supportive helpdesk. Only matter I see as a bit of problematic is carrying out complex operations with one client’s account. In this case the interface could be designed handier for the users. What is outstandingly easy to do, is establishing repeating payments (i.e. a client always gets the invoice at the same time, doesn’t matter if it’s weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.).
