Easy way of tracking time and staying organized, the interface is also quite nice.

FunctionFox is a great time tracking tool. You can copy time-sheet templates from any date to save time and users can view their complete monthly hours and tasks while managers can quickly pull out reports based on total hours.

Growing my business has been an obsession for the first couple of years, but it’s getting to the point now where I have to think about time management. With TimeFox I have been able to copy timesheet templates for all members of staff and view resulting reports based on total hours. Although there appears to be no way to accept or reject timesheet entries, this simple step has improved the accuracy of our invoicing on each project and has enabled a more dynamic approach to resource and workload allocation within the team. Access to the historic task function has also improved our quotation procedure. Staff members have reported that the Task List with built in timer can be useful for monitoring progress and I find the Timeline Overview to be equally useful on a more general management level. Progress meetings are easier to organize thanks to the Project Calendar and Scheduling tools. On the downside, the interface is basic and there are too many reminders for timesheets pending so I have diverted these to my junk mail, until I find out if I can switch it off. Overall, TimeFox has become a useful management tool saving me time, money and effort. 

Has allowed my company to stay on top of all job-related costs without having to use multiple programs. The reports are customizable and detailed. It's easy to use and the training and set-up take little time. However, it's difficult to go back and add time on days you missed inputting time. A bug I keep noticing is that if you rotate the image before saving it, all your info will be deleted.
