Increasing Sales

 Prior to using the software, I didn't have a good way to connect with people who had questions about the products I was selling. They could call the number provided to them, but would likely receive a recorded greeting based on how many calls were coming in that day. With HelpOnClick Live Chat, those people don't have to call in anymore. Instead, they can ask a question in the chat box and receive an answer much quicker, which is convenient for them and myself too. I've been able to talk to customers from all across the world, and I feel like the connection I have made with them has allowed me to make more business. This software is reliable and has never let me down, so I am always recommending it to others.

HelpOnClick Live Chat

My company has been looking for a live chat option for awhile. After researching several possibilities, we found HelpOnClick Live Chat. We were looking for an option that did not require downloading or installation. The reviews seen were good, so we decided to give it a try. We set up the account, websites, departments, operators, the type of widget, added to our page code, and it was ready to use. Of the many features it has available, we really liked the ability of the customer to select a local support person. Other features that are helpful are the logging of chats and pre-written responses which are available. We have shown our site to potential employees, savings partners, and investors. They have all been duly impressed by our chat support that we receive from HelpOnClick. Some of them were even pleasantly surprised at the investment we put into chat for a new company.

It works on Facebook !

Face it your customers are not always on your site, and if you want to support them and provide the most important retention tool (customer support) you have to be where they are, helponclick allows me to communicate with my clients on facebook and integrates with my CRM so I have a recorded history right on my database.


I really recommend it, there are a few user interface issues but never the less a great chat solution

Meets all my needs

HelpOnClick is the only live chat software that I have found that meets all my business needs including: Ability to use on several websites but monitor from one system, Social Media tags, Saving the history and contact information, Saving common responses, Alerted by sound on incoming chat, Leave e-mail when operator not available and much more. HelpOnClick will help any company get off to a great start!
