Hippo Zoom Dashboard lets you view assets and locate maintenance issues by section, while powerful reporting displays repair history, equipment downtime and tracks all associated costs. Inventory Management- Associate parts with their respective equipment, view parts on work orders of that equipment type and monitor inventory levels by applying quantity thresholds. Once the minimum or desired threshold is reached, our automated system will trigger an email with supplier information and order details. Hippo Reports- Our powerful reporting tools have the flexibility to be custom filtered based on criteria such as work order status, type, facility, work category and date. Reports can be scheduled to run at any pre-determined frequency and can generate charts or graphs for intuitive data analysis. Hippo Mobile App- Take Hippo with you on any web enabled mobile device using the Hippo Mobile App. Perfect for your on-the-go maintenance technician, the app uses real-time cloud based syncing to submit, sort, update and close all on demand and preventive maintenance work orders.
