Hitask

I've been using Hitask pretty obsessively for the last three years, for both personal task management and team collaboration. My UI is my source of truth for my weekly work routine, whether it's daily to-dos, client work, or internal projects. I also love that I can use colors and sub-tasks for my projects.

 We've been using Hitask for several years, and I appreciate it more all the time. I've found it excellent as both personal to-do tool and a collaborative project management tool for keeping everyone informed and on-task.

We use it on both B2B and B2C. Would really appreciate it if it had more integrations though. I took of one start because of it. Other than that, it is a great tool for managers of all kind.

Within minutes I can create a team, load all of the task requirements, organize them the way I want, assign people to the right tasks, set deadlines, and let my staff work on the project without requiring me to chase them around. The software does it all for me and when they don't meet the deadlines, I get notified via email so I can chase them up.

Easy of Use! Value! It's hard to even explain how valuable Hitask has been for us. We were easily able to create step by steps tasks for our projects to help keep everyone on time. The software has features for any occasion and project to help streamline efficiency. It has more than paid for itself in the short time we have been using it.

Easy to learn, but with a great depth and multiple side tools for those with time to delve deeper. Very visual. Calm but relentless development with new ways of combining tools from time to time.

Amazingly simple yet doesn't lack any useful functions. Very user friendly and ready to start working in just a few seconds.

With Hitask we're much better as a team. Now, we can do a lot more in less time. We communicate better and everything is much clearer. I'm happy to promote Hitask anywhere that I can.

Much better than Asana. Finally found the right tool.

Online communication is a must for our company and industry. Before finding Hitask, we used other tools but they always lacked something - be in integrations, interface or simple buttons. With Hitask, our collaboration has become much more easy to manage, and visualize. The best project management software we will recommend to anyone.

It did a really nice job of keeping track of progress of any issue that occurred while the project was on going. Excessive amounts of tasks seem to slow down the process within teams but Hitask wasn't slow at all. The future of this tool is very bright and  I believe it's going to be one of the best PM software out there.
