What is it all about?
Twelve years ago, iChannel took flight as a tool to help organizations become more standardized. We help them understand that for the most part, the way in which they have been used to working is actually quite inefficient. Often, their content related to clients and prospects is scattered between their emails in Outlook, files in a network folder structure, and contacts in a mix of Outlook address books and if they were lucky, a CRM.
