ICIMs is very intuitive and easy to configure. System admin can make almost any changes without any additional costs. There is also good support from the helpdesk team.

So far we've loved iCIMS. It has many videos and trainings if you have a difficult time. It does everything we want with the exception of integrating with our gmail calendar. The company seems to have put a lot of time and money into continually updating to make a better, more useful product and as a company we appreciate that. The customer support has always been amazing and we've never had to wait long for help when we've needed it. It can be customized to fit our processes unlike the other ATS's we've tried. The ability to add customized fields has been wonderful and being able to search them makes the functionality of iSIMS stand out above the others. I don't personally handle recruiting but our recruiter has claimed it's made her job quick, easy and clear and allows her to communicate with candidates and move them along without a hitch. The system itself is very reliable and is more then we could have asked for to work with. 

I use the iCIMS recruiting application and job applicant tracking software so that potential job candidates can find my recruitment posts on any Internet-connected device or computer. Applicants can safely submit their resumes through the same system without having to worry about compatibilty. Since starting to use iCMS Talent Platform, I no longer struggle to get my recruitment posts noticed on job databases. When I use the e-posting tool I know that my recruitment campaign is going to reach a wide audience and will come to the attention of the right sort of job applicants. iCIMS allows me plenty of flexibility, so the appearance of a recruitment post can easily be changed according to the skills and level of experience required. The only problem I have with the system is the way it ties applicants to the post they applied for, so it’s not possible for me compile a list of applicants who might be suitable for a different sort of job with my company in future. Otherwise I find that talent recruitment easy to organize with iCMS. Whenever I adapt my recruitment posts for a particular audience, I always get a good number of job applications.

One of the things that I really love about iCIMS and one that I couldn't do without is that it can be highly customized. The dashboard capabilities that iCIMS offers are amazing, as well. I really appreciate the fact that it is easy to make the dashboards my own, to customize them in the way that I want, so that the users only see the data they need - and that I want them to see. One of the things about iCIMS that I wish I could change is the fact that it is a bit difficult to integrate to other systems. This could definitely use some work. Another thing that bothers me is not having the admin control over security settings.

 Our company, a recruitment agency, has been using iCIMS for years. Our field requires that we search through a high volume of skilled applicants to keep up with employment demand. iCIMS continues, without a doubt, to expedite and simplify that process.Perhaps my favorite part of iCIMS is the job posting interface. We can completely manage our online job postings, pushing them through all our preferred channels simultaneously. Since this includes social media, we can easily promote new openings to our employees as well, which has led to an increase in referrals. In addition, iCIMS allows us to collect and evaluate candidates easily. It provides a professional-looking online interface that collects a prospective employee’s application information into a cloud database for processing. The cloud database is particularly helpful for scanning through submitted resumes and documents: not only does it keep our own computers free from clutter, but it has allowed our recruitment staff to better synchronize their efforts. Processing and collaboration are very efficient with iCIMS, and prospective employees become employees much faster. The few complaints I have mostly involve the administrator’s interface. It seems antiquated, and the search has definite limitations, especially when it comes to searching documents. There is also a learning curve for staff, though this may be because of all the reporting features nested within the dashboard, which are difficult to complain about since they have given us so many ideas on how to expand our channels for acquiring new talent. But overal iCIMS has definitely streamlined our hiring processes and the report features have helped us to expand our employment channels. We will certainly be using their software for the foreseeable future.

After experiencing the functions of iCIMS, I was able to find some positive and some negatives things about it. First, it is a fantastic tool that multiple users in different locations can use to review and share a list of candidates that have applied for one of their job openings. It allows candidates to build their own detailed profiles in order for them to easily apply to the jobs they are interested in. It is definitely an easy way to connect and recruit. It is a fantastic recruitment innovation for busy businesses, but it has a couple of downfalls. It would be better if applicants who apply for a lot of positions were counted one time rather than many times. Another thing, iCIMS should provide data on how several applications were not selected based on a reason type and job type. But, other than that, iCIMS is a good choice for recruitment.

By using iCIMS we are now able to move candidates faster throughout the interview process, obtain newer employees, and also see where we are with each one of our candidates. We are now able to post something from one site to several different sites, track exactly where we are with each one of our requisitions, and we are also able to allow the hiring of managers that are able to access candidate information. iCIMs has all the capabilities that I am looking for in any type of ATS system, such as a complete tracking system making things faster and easier, the platform enables us to recruit easier, and it helps you to move your business into the right direction. It gave us all the tools we needed.

I love the idea that this system supports several different languages, and meets the needs of many different groups. With iCIMS it is easier to set up reports and extract data. Overall, this system does what it promises: it improved data quality, while making me look like I run a high-tech business.
