MicroBiz has been great. Barring a couple very minor hiccups in the 18 months that we've been in operation, MicroBiz Cloud has worked wonderfully, and I'm happy to have chosen it as my POS.

Great POS System for Retailers

5 star POS software
The layout is so simple and it is easy to use. The system has very good inventory control and reporting capabilities. Also, if I ever needed any help or needed to know anything, the MicroBiz team was very quick to respond with excellent customer service.

MicroBiz Has Help Run Our Store Better
We have been using MicroBiz for a few month now. While it did take some time and hassle to import our data from our old POS system, the MicroBiz support team was great. We have been able to use MicroBiz to dial in our operations. Ordering goods is easier and the system does a great job tracking inventory. We can print bar codes, receive vendor shipments and track costs. My employees also like all the features of the POS screens. Over all, great system.

Really Like It Overall
Been using MicroBiz for a couple months now and really like it. We found MicroBiz because we were looking for a system that offered the ability to sell matrix products and offer special customer-based systems. Most of the other cloud software did not offer these features. Overall, MicroBiz allows us to run our business, and offers a few ways to save time - such as the integration with QuickBooks Online.

Excellent!!!
After a long search, I finally decided on MicroBiz. I am really happy with my decision. The support team was great setting us up. Very knowledgeable and responsive. The software is easy to pick-up and has a lot of features that make things easy for us. All good so far.

iPad POS and Inventory that Works
Finally found an iPad POS system that has a back end that can manage inventory, purchasing and receiving. I looked at lots of systems and most had a good looking POS screen but lacked store management features. Sorry was also great. It was offered via email, but they answered every question promptly. Give MicroBiz a try and you will not be disappointed.

Does the job and more
I have to compliment MicroBiz on its cloud pos. I have spent a lot of time looking for a good pos system to use in my store. It is very nice and has a great deal of useful features.

An iPad POS system that works well for us - finally
Have been using this for a three months. Ringing up sales is fast. We use the purchasing and receiving to manage inventory, including printing bar coded receipts. Allows us to discount sales and customer records show customer sales. Looking at using the gift card features.

I Like MicroBiz
I like this software. I was able to test it before buying and the support guys made it easy to go live. They even helped sort out my data. I can scan bar codes. track discounts, run promotions and close the batch at the end of the day. It has good inventory management and allows me to print bar code labels when my suppliers do not include a bar code on the tag. Oh, I also like how I can log on from anywhere. I could go on - but I recommend this software.

Solid software, great support
we looked around for a long time before choosing microbiz. the sync with magento sold us. now we only need to make a product in microbiz and its automatcally created in magento. inventory is also kept synced between the systems. the pos register is fast and has all the front register features that we need.
