We use MicroBiz Cloud for our two stores. The software has a lot of features other iPad systems lacked. For example I have the ability to look up merchandise at our other store from the register with one touch and do store transfers btw locations. Its designed very well with all the features that we need (discounting, pricing and customer records, etc). The reporting is also good. There are all sorts of filters and date ranges that allow us to drill in details – and reports can be downloaded to excel files.
Not yet using the Magento interface, so I will try to review that part of MicroBiz that when we launch.
Support has been good. They get right back to you and seem to know their stuff.
Overall, our employees have no issues checking out customers, and I like all the features and reporting available in the store management screens.
