The fact that Rosehosting is in the web hosting industry since 2001 greatly influenced my decision to join them. Plus there are great reviews about them from their customers so I thought, hey why not? I've been with very bad hosts so far, so what can I lose I thought.  

Rosehosting gave me a very good first impression. Since I signed up with them I have more time to dedicate to my websites because I don't have to configure and maintain my server. This is because they have a dedicated team of Linux admins ready to help any time of the day/night. Their support is the best one I have experienced so far and I will recommend them to everyone that lacks skills in Linux servers.

I've been using rosehosting for several months to host a number of websites. So far, they are the best company I've hosted with, with the best support I can possible imagine. Nice to do business with them.

I'm a new customer of Rosehosting. Their servers are good and they have great uptime, well like most of the top companies out there but the one thing that rises them above their competition is their incredibly good support team. I don't wait for replies, they solve my problems fast and on top of that they recommend me stuff so I can improve my websites. I cannot ask for more. I think that I will have a fruitful relationship with Rosehosting. 

I'm new to hosting and web development so I was looking for a hosting provider with great support - and I found one. The support team helped me configure my VPS with WordPress and they did it pretty fast. The live chat really is available 24/7 and they are always ready to help. 

I am a new Rosehosting customer so as you can imagine with all new experiences in life, you don't know what to expect. I mean, I read excellent reviews about them and was sort of suspicious why I cannot find a single bad review about them. Turns out every review was true. They won me over immediately when they migrated my old server data for free. I have only good remarks for Rosehosting, especially for the support that they offer. I never felt so secure with a host before. Whenever I have a problem I always communicate with their admins who btw are very polite and knowledgeable to begin with. They always solve the problem and give me advice on how to avoid that issue in the future.  All in all, Rosehosting is one of the great hosts out there.

Service 5! Uptime 5! Speed 5! Tech support - Amazing!!! Instead of waiting days as with my last hosting company, I only waited for an half-hour or so and they came back with a solution. I never heard the standard "oh, that is beyond what we can do", unless they have tried what they could do first. Highly Recommended!

The VPS service I use with Rosehosting is good. I like the connection speed, uptime record and steady performance. But most of all, I like their unconditional support of my problems. Their admins are helping me every time I contact them, no matter what.   Rosehosting you now have a new happy customer. 

I never thought that such a steady and good support can come in today's hosting industry.
