I have used other hosting companies in the past, and have considered moving to rosehosting just because of their reputation. Their technical support team migrated my websites free of charge. The vps has been very reliable with no downtime. I have just upgraded my vps hosting plan. Thank you very much for having such quality staff members available to help people like myself.

After testing 3-4 hosts, I found Rosehosting excelent for my online shop. They looked very interested in hosting my online shop which is based on Magento and sugested to optimize my application by installing Redis and many other stuff which I am not familiar with. Also, I must mention that they have true support over the night and if something happens to my online shop they are prepared to help. For example, once my shop got a DoS attack and they resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes Then, they installed anti-DoS software on my server. I really appreciate that and that is why I am not going to change my hosting partner for a long time. I definitely recommend Rosehosting and rate them with 5 stars.

As an extra plus, I was able to trim some money off my total by using the company's promotional coupon. Whenever I had any issues that needed resolving, RoseHosting's tech support has always been there for me - even on holidays and weekends. As someone who knows the value of time, I appreciated that greatly. All in all, a great hosting provider.

I've signed up with rosehosting and been running Joomla based website for over 3 years now. Their support is awesome. They enabled JotCache extension for Joomla, installed VirtueMart and made some changes to the .htaccess file. I've never had a better host. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable hosting with consistent uptime and great support.
