Trello

Great tool! It's easy to use. I like that I can just easily drag and drop multiple cards. I also like their other functions such as attachments, checklist, and the email notifications when there are any comments and updates in the cards.

Amazingly simple yet doesn't lack any useful functions (i.e file attachments, check lists, comments, due date etc.) Very user friendly and ready to start working in just a few clicks!

Good tool, I like the drag and drop function of the card although I wish it had the option to use one card for multiple boards. 

I love it. The interface is drag-and-drop, very simple to use. The mobile interface is very intuitive as well, and the task management system has proven to be extremely efficient. The mobile feature has been especially helpful in increasing team productivity, it allows us to get things done faster and be more organized. I especially like the card copy/move features, we use them to make template based tasks that are easier to manage. We also use tagging and labeling a lot for color coding different tasks to indicate their priority level. The one downside is that there's no calendar feature that allows me to track tasks based on their due date. This seems like an obvious feature, but the only way to stay on top of that is to look at the notification area. Other than that, Trello is a great product, especially given that its free.

My team and I use Trello every day. It is a fantastic software with so many different features. However, I would highly recommend watching a tutorial video and reading about the software before diving in to use it. In order to love all of the cool features and know exactly what you're doing, a tutorial does wonders! There is a way to upgrade to Gold, but I don't think that it is really worth the money. The free version of the software offers everything that you need to use it effectively plus even more features that you don't think you need, but make life so much easier. The one thing that I don't really like is that there is no way to automatically open to one of your boards. Other than that, I can't think of any cons to Trello.

 The search functionality is outstanding and its easy to reference tasks that were finished long ago. It's email functionality is quite handy as well allowing me to email my lists straight to the service. Trello includes software for both the desktop as well as mobile devices so I can access my lists from almost anywhere. Although, you do have to be connected to the Internet to use the software. The ability to access an offline mode would make for a great addition. Trello has enabled me to simplify my work and has aided me in my goal of better organization so I can spend less time planning.

 The Trello application is the one I use for my business needs such as sales, marketing and engineering. It is really flawless and allows me to communicate effectively with my work team. I am able to transfer easily back and forth from my desktop to my laptop and my cell too. It is really convenient
