WalkMe

WalkMe is an interactive online guidance platform. It has many customizable options in setting up walk-through balloons, and it provides users with graphical analytics about them. WalkMe is meant to be used on any HTML platform accessed from a standard web browser, but from a publisher's point of view it only works with complete functionality on Firefox. Whats more, users can't ask question mid walk-thru.

Easy creation of instructions, their customer service is really friendly and our stuff with implementing things most effectively. 

I find it very easy that I it is all hosted on the cloud, so I don't have to install anything and can easily access it. I do find it too pricey many companies won't just go with that eventhough it is a good tool for creating good online guidance 

Installing the WalkMe system has made Salesforce much less stressful for our sales team to use. They no longer need to wait for help to arrive when faced with a complicated task or if have become confused over a procedure in Salesforce. WalkMe really does help our sales team in using Salesforce more efficiently. It can also be used as an instruction guide for a new user, cutting down on the amount of time needed for training any new salesperson with no previous experience of using Salesforce. The first time we installed WalkMe it did take rather longer that we would have liked to get it working. It was, however, an early version and this is not likely to be a problem with a more recent version of WalkMe. Having WalkMe available as a virtual guide for members of our sales team, we have noticed increased efficiency in the use of Salesforce. WalkMe is proving to be very cost effective for our business because it does effectively cut down on the amount of time, training and IT help needed.
