The Benfits of Agiloft Can be Summed Up: Endless!

When our company started to use the Agiloft system for assisting communications, we were curious to find out how good it is. The answer in two words; really good. It is described as an aid to boosting internal as well as external communications. Simply said, Agiloft is a system that co-ordinates emails and other electronic messages so that information sent and received as quickly as possible. It can also flag up them up in order of priority, and make sure all the most important ones are sent to the people that need them the most. It will create a good workflow for employees whenever they have tasks, and let them know the deadline for these tasks. Another virtue of Agiloft is that there are effective tools for automatically setting workflows.

Above and Beyond the Rest

Why do I turn to Agiloft again and again when I am looking for a program to use? There are other programs out there, right? Yet, I continue to turn back to Agiloft. Here is why: The performance levels that Agiloft provides are above and beyond those of other programs that are out there. I have found that they always deliver the results that I need. When I have been faced with the need for help connecting with an external data mart, the professional services that Agiloft offers have always been very helpful. Agiloft is very flexible when it comes to offering custom form design and also when it comes to routing, allowing me to have the kind of experience that I need when I am working with this program. I think that integration with the services of SQL Server Reporting would be a great bonus to a program that is already very good.

Agiloft has great customization options!

Agiloft is a very easy system to use! The program has an easy, code-free and process-oriented customization, which made it easy to set up. Not having to know how to code made setup a lot easier for me. It was easy to automate all the business processes I have used Agiloft for. Users have lots of flexibility in automating their own jobs. All the options available make it appear to be a custom application, not a setup from a template. The support team was superb! The ease with which it incorporates into other systems was also something I found very useful. There are, however, a few downsides. I am not fond of the style of the latest offerings, as they have made getting users to acclimate to the system difficult. If there were more complete sample customizations to show all the ways the system could be used, that would be very helpful! Seeing all the options available would also help users know about all the possibilities offered. Since Agiloft's philosophy is to put the power of customization into the hands of users, so having a ""close"" base configuration would be great for them to add in the future, as it would make near instant deployment possible. Overall, a great system and one I will continue to use.

Very Helpful With Room for Improvement

I am so glad that I gave Agiloft a try. I wasn't sure what to expect from the product, but the way that it works and the results that it brought... it is very helpful to me. Agiloft can be switched up and configured to meet specific needs that I have, which is a great plus. It is very flexible in that way. Standardizing processes is easy with Agifloft, as the rules and workflow engine really help out with that. One problem that I have found with this product is the fact that the learning curve needed for using the product can be a bit steep - but it still can be accomplished. I have found that some consulting time is used to meet requirements. One other problem with this product is the fact that it doesn't integrate text messaging - that would have been a great plus, something that would be really helpful.

Easy to use for all steps of the workflow

The main function of Agiflot in our company for 25 workers is to operate the development system of the product. In an ideal version, this progress would already start at quoting. Then it would be passed by all participating employees and after that delivered to the client. The final step would be invoicing. At the moment we are still working out the perfect workflow. During this interesting period we have the possibility to get to know more about Agiflot and how exactly it can work best for us. Still, a lot depends on the company and how it works: How many clients does the company have? How many alternatives are in the working process? Are the steps always the same or do they depend on the situation? The main points to pay attention to would be getting to know the procedures, which ways are in use to get in touch with the clients and overall how is the communication in the organisation at the moment.

Most versatile and fully customizable CRM

All modules are included in Agiloft, so there are no extra fees for activating additional modules. All you have to do is enable the new functions you want to use, and then customize it for our specific needs, so Agiloft knowledgebase and functionality can grow and develop as you grow. Sometimes it seems overwhelming to customize but it's doable.
