HOW CAN I MANAGE MY MARKETING CAMPAIGNS? Every company creates marketing campaigns in order to achieve its business objectives. It identifies a message and a target, i.e. a list of contacts (current or potential customers), commencing with a CRM and/or according to criteria which may be socio-demographic, behavioural, etc.). The objective, message and target are all-important but not sufficient unless they are organised and made “operative”: easyCIM Campaign translates and integrates company marketing campaigns with the operative processes of a contact centre.

Below you will find details of two major advantages, highlighting how your company can increase the yield on its lists and avoid sending numerous useless lists to the Privacy Authority, effectively cutting validation costs: - The company segments a prospect base and creates a marketing campaign. In this case, the lists are, by definition, less accurate than a customer base. easyCIM Campaign collects the results and all the information acquired during the campaign and enhances the quality and completeness of the prospect base itself. The data associated with each prospect gradually become more precise and meaningful via a practical simulation of the functioning of a good CRM, and can also be used for dimensional analysis for subsequent segmentations and campaigns. - When the lists expire, approximately 30% of the contacts are forced to close, whether they are at the first or umpteenth attempt to call, and 1-2% of these even have already planned appointments. easyCIM Campaign identifies the contacts which have not yet been processed before the list expires. It immediately sends them to the Privacy Authority in order to extend validity without waiting for them to be forced to close, once the list has expired naturally.
