Hitask

I've tried multiple tools and pm systems but Hitask helped me finally find the solution to all my problems. I usually found myself managing the project management system itself rather than it helping me get the job done. Now I find it easier to focus on my projects. Thank you Hitask.

Great interface and very easy that makes everything visible in one place. It is easy to work with different tasks and projects as a team, and track everything. The calendar feature also helped keeping things on track and organized.

Hitask makes it really easy to add tasks and assign to team members, it's useful that you can see what tasks people are working on. And you can set deadlines to the tasks to finish tasks on time.

Hitask has become very fast and flexible to use over the last few years. It is very strong on the underlying project management method of GTD. The best project management software that I'm glad I've found.

My favorite part of Hitask is the way it allows you to schedule tasks for today or this week. The ability to schedule tasks for different things is very handy. I also appreciate the cross-platform syncing.

It's clean minimal, but highly functional. The tags, queries and filters are extremely powerful. They regularly update the app with new features and bug fixes. It has time and location based reminders which are great. I also love that you can setup recurring tasks.

If you are looking for a simple solution to collaborate with others on projects this will work for you.

It is quite intuitive, has all the basics needed to track tasks and is user friendly. I particularly liked the option we had to move tasks by simply dragging them and the ability to add and remove people from projects / tasks.

A good overview of the long list of projects.It allows the team and manager to see overall picture and progress of each project easily. This is a very important aspect for managers.
