Gives My Business Focus

One of the biggest things for my business was being able to provide good customer services without getting lost in all the multiple different departments we have and services we use. That's where Kayako recently came in. Now, I can easily track our tickets through all the multiple steps involved to ensure that it is completed on time and arrives where it needs to go. Tools like being able to prioritize items or pull in different communications from email or elsewhere has given me a more centralized approach to my business. Another great feature is that because their services are cloud-based, I don't have to spend the time worrying about any of the technical aspects or data storage that has plague other software that I've had. There's nothing worse than finding out that all my information wasn't properly backed up and was somehow lost. Kayako takes those sorts of worries away.

Almost awesome...

 Kayako has helped me in profoundly impact my business and improve the efficiency of my help-desk team enormously. For example, its granular management customer issues - no matter how major or trivial - really takes the cake in effortless interaction. It also helps me synchronize and create tickets in response to various website events. The best part is that this easy-to-use and set-up customer interaction software lets me customize its development on top of its source code. It also helped me pute good content in my support center for my customers to access . Managing email and live-chat interaction with our customers is basically what we most use it for.  There are a few issues with Kayako though. Its absence of a staff interface for other languages apart from English has caused problems for us. Also, I was not very impressed with its limited scope of custom reports function.

Try It, You'll Love It.

When my help desk crew noted that we were having some issues I started working on finding a good, reliable help desk software to keep them organized. Feedback from my staff since starting with Kayako has been all positive. It was low cost, which helps with keeping our prices low, and very affordable. My desk staff reports that they are able to respond to service requests in a timely manner which has resulted in some calls from very happy customers. It’s been an incredible help to both our clients and staff which, subsequently, is a help to us as a company as well. Our call turn around is now at almost double volume per employee per day sine we’ve started using this software. Now that I have it I couldn’t imagine our desk staff working without it. We are able to see open issues, track progress and document solutions all in one place making each call run smoother and faster then before. With our high caliber team we needed software to keep up and Kayako delivered, hands down.

Love it!

My business needed more enhanced apps that work great in or out of the office. Before using Kayako, my business relied mostly on the basic software. Let me tell you, so many employees were doing their own thing and possibly not taking care of our clients. With the use of the Kayako on demand system, I now have the eyes of a hawk around my business. Let’s just say, I see everything and know everything that goes on in my business with this do it all help-desk platform. Overall, there isn't one thing I can think of that would make me dislike the product so far. I am a prolong customer that bought a great product that actually works. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Sort Things out with Kayako

I do not have the time to spend sorting out tickets and all the information that they contain. This takes a long time and makes customers unhappy. That is why I am so glad that I was told about Kayako. This program is able to use mail parser services to sort out all the information needed by my staff about customer tickers. With some many customer tickets a program like this makes it easy to sort and to manage them. This is useful especially when we get really busy. This program can even put them in order by priory. While this is very useful Kayako is not perfect. It is difficult to adjust the templates and to make manual revisions. This is in part due to the updating process of the system. While sorting and organizing is easy the system will benefit from an improved update system that is easier for the user.

One exceptional feature that separates Kayako from similar software systems being sold today is that it creates exclusive levels of access for my employees. I have always been interested in using software that is capable of adding read receipts to tickets without any difficulty. This feature makes it easy to retain invaluable data from the initial creation of the ticket. One does not need to search for the Ticket ID.
