Good Product

KISSmetrics Provides Excellent Possibilities
KISSmetrics has been great for our company. It provided us with analytics that went deeper than Google Analytics, which we have found very useful. Having a greater insight than we previously had has allowed us to better work with our customers to more directly address their needs. It also allowed us to tie revenue to user groups and traffic drivers. There are really only a few downsides to the program: If KISSmetrics had an easier setup, getting everything worked out would be easier and our team would have been better off. We are not displeased with the product, though. If the support team for KISSmetrics were more knowledgeable with troubleshooting, setting the program up for our needs and to fit our goals would have gone much more smoothly. Overall, KISSmetrics is a program our team will continue to use and we will wait eagerly for their updates.

Great Customer Service!
One thing that I always look into before I try out a product or service is the customer support that the company offers. I need to work with a company that has employees who will be looking out for me, those who will be willing to help whenever I need it. KISSmetrics offers great customer support. Their engineers don't mind my questions, and they always take the time to let me know just how they are working to fix an issue. One of the things that I love about KISSmetrics is the fact that their user interface is pretty simple and robust. This is great for those like me who are not completely up to date on using coding. Once I have things set up with KISSmetrics, I have found that it is hard to break its reporting. This is easy to do with Google Analytics and Omniture, but not with KISSmetrics.

KISSmetrics Does Wonders for My Business
My business is a growing. I do not have the time to analyze all the data that my company produces and bring in. I tried several products that claim to collect all my business information and automatically create reports showing results. Well, let me just write that it never happened. I paid high rates to maintain analysis reports from a variety of companies. The cost was getting high, so I decided to research other products. What I found was KISSmetrics. The platform is easy to read and it is organized by dates of service. KISSmetrics provides my business with funnels that keeps up with a list of people who bought my products and potential customers who at least considered the products my business offer. The features of this product allow me to learn about the shopping or behaviors patterns of my customers, so that I can make changes if necessary to accommodate customer needs. I can also keep reach out to various people and allow them to get to know me as well. As a business owner, this is A+ in my book. Although the data export need a little bit of work, the overall platform works extremely well.

One of the biggest challenges of running any web site is figuring out where your visitors came from and what they're doing while they're on your web site. I've tried all the leading marketing attribution and analytic services and KISSmetrics is by far the best solution.You can track an unlimited number of visitors, following their behavior on your web site and even seeing which buttons they click and how they move from page to page. All of this data makes it much easier to determine which marketing plans are working best for you and why. The flip side is that KISSmetrics also allows you to see the spots where you're losing visitors. Sometimes a small issue can cause big problems for visitors or perhaps they are just not behaving the way you expected them to. Looking through all the data they provide allowed me to quickly judge what's working and what isn't. And that really is information that is vital to any web business.

It Could be a Lot Better (though probably also worse)
While a very helpful tool that seemed to work very well at first, I soon found that it doesn't have the usability and features that I've seen in most other programs. I like how it tracks the usage of website visitors, analysis on webpage usage patterns and activity of website users. However, they need to make renovations on their data exports, visual aesthetics and navigation. If they could just make all of these things better, and improve their program overall, I think that this could be a really good choice for a lot of people. As it is, though, it's just an okay program and nothing more.

It Proves To Be A Hit
I have been using KISSmetrics for only a few months but already it has proven its worth. I initially signed up with a free trial offer and then signed for the starter package. The pricing was quite affordable and I didn't want to pay hundreds each month in case this didn't work out so the costs were good for me and in my price range also. There are three different packages to choose from; starter, basic and professional. Moreover, you can choose to be billed monthly or yearly and even though I initially choose the monthly plan, I plan to go for a yearly billing. It may seem a lot of money to pay out at once but it'll be worth it. KISSmetrics is very easy to set up and use as well. The ability to track all traffic sources coming into my site is amazing and that goes with the customer support I receive too. Everything is truly fantastic and to be honest, I have no complains

I recently subscribed to KISSmetrics to take advantage of their fully-integrated analytics platform so that I could track the characteristics and habits of my website customers. I had heard that KISSmetrics was useful in re-creating the feeling of an in-person retail experience, as far as providing useful data that can allow me to personalize service for my customers to make them feel happy and likely to return. The on-boarding process for new users is fantastic—there are tutorials and plenty of product information available online,also the step-by-step guide to getting started that is built right into the KISSmetrics interface was a breeze to use, and I was impressed with how intuitive and convenient the process is. Customer support is available if there is any need for clarification, but I honestly haven't had to use it yet. With a 14-day free trial, I was comfortable dipping my toe in, but the ease of use and the wealth of information have got me sold.
