Ontraport

The two best things about Ontraport in my opinion are their great and helpful customer service and that the management of everything in centralized in one system and I don't need a separate system for things like CRM, affiliate tracking etc.  

Good support team that really helps. Its really useful to have everything together in one platform. 

I have used several CRM packages throughout my career and I can safely say that Ontraport is in a league of its own. I have used it to organize and automate the majority of communications between my business and my customers across a range of media including, phone, direct mail, email, SMS and more. My business has grown dramatically over the years with existing customer sales and lead generation demonstrating a quantifiable improvement. It is so easy to use, providing a flexible and reliable system that easily scales up as the business grows. It already has a lot of features that few other systems have and with me using it for quite a long time I can see that the site is continually improving. Their customer support is also outstanding, which is fortunate in my case, because I’m usually trying to fix a user error. There are also training videos on site. For somebody starting from scratch Ontraport may seem a bit expensive, but it is a fantastic system and I would recommend it to anyone who can afford it and who wants to build a significant customer base and maintain the highest possible rates of customer satisfaction.

Because I didn't have a budget, I knew that I needed to go with the one that had a more reasonable price associated with it, though, and that is why I chose Ontraport. The features that are offered with Ontraport, too, are a great match for what I need, so I know that the program won't let me down just because it is cheaper than others. The rule-based email marketing processes that this program offers are very high class, and they work well for me. The general business automation is also good and strong. The only problem that I have found with Ontraport is the fact that it lacks connectors to other products, but that can be solved through in-house built integration. That problem can be fixed, which means that I am still happy with my choice.
