They saved me a lot of night work when they migrated my websites.

My websites have been migrated into my RH server by their excellent support team and one thing I noticed after the migration was that their speed has been dramatically increased. I asked them for a reason for this and to my amazement they told me that they updated my server PHP version, optimized the server and configured a caching mechanism. The best thing is that I didn't ask for this nor expected.  I couldn't even imagine that this kind of support existed in the hosting industry. Long it may continue.
