Top project management software for modern teams

Wrike offers great collaboration features with the ability to break down huge tasks into subtasks for easier assignment to team members.

Teams share materials relevant for collaboration in-real time and are able to communicate among themselves to discuss issues that come up or that may need attention.
Wrike is appropriate for any size of a team with the capability to handle complex project processes and manage resources accordingly.

Wrike Review

Wrike is an awesome tool for project management. It allows a good platform to project managers to manage the tasks, hours with their team members. It has the features of tagging which is a good feature. Its mobile app is also good and notification works fast. you don't need to rely on the emails for task update. as soon as a person updates the task it sends notification to the followers and assigner. However the UI is little bit complex and need training. it needs some simplification.

Overall its a good tool

Wrike

I don't know what I would do without Wrike.  It is clean, easy to use, but also contains all the tools need to manage all my projects and tasks from multiple jobs.  The Gannt charts look just as good as the expensive software out there.  Give Wrike a try you won't regret it.

Wrike Review

We have tried a few different Project Management Websites. First was Basecamp, simple and clean, but we wanted more. Tracky was buggy and continually changing their system and personality. Wrike was more expensive, but you do get what you pay for, and what you get is well worth it. Wrike came with the features we wanted. Email support, so you can respond to tasks inside emails. Task sharing with those that are outside the organization. A UI that is easy to understand. Cloud storage and document support. Wrike is also very reliable, it just works. Other software we tried was just to buggy and temperamental, it doesn’t matter how many features you have if they don’t work when the customer tries to use them (I’m looking at you Tracky, Microsoft, software developers in general). It’s been over a year since we began using Wrike, and they continue to improve and and value. They also respond to the community and add much asked about features, i.e. Sub-Tasks. Their user interface gets easier to use with each update, thank you dashboard and descendent-tasks. I do wish that Wrike included more user accounts for our level. It’s hard to figure out if a person is a “User” (able to create tasks) or just a “Collaborator”. And I would like them to have add the ability to have external bug task creation. Summary: Wrike is worth the money, the system makes since to users, they are adding great features with each update, and have great customer support and documentation. Spend the money and get software that really helps you and your team work better.

Amazing!

To be honest, my life's been easier since Wrike! We've been using it with Holacracy and OKRs and it's been working like a charm. It's highly collaborative and customizable so you can create tasks and projects for small or big teams alike keeping transparency and efficiency in your work. Create dashboards so you can keep track of what tasks and projects you want to see, reports so you can track your performance. It has a social network feel to it.

You never know until you try!!

I have started using Wrike when I joined the present organization I work for. I started liking this straight away as this is very easy to use, self understanding and doesn't need a crash course to get working. Re-arranging tasks and adding contributors to the task is very easy and everyone involved gets notified when there is an update/modification. My first project was a large migration and the Gantt Chart feature made it so easy to estimate the time lines. Task dependency is so good to have as the tasks re-align themselves upon extending the end date of a predecessor task.

Try it out, you will love it.

Excellent project management software! It allows you to set up and organize your projects in a wide variety of ways. The user interface is easy to work with, easy to edit (with dynamic Gantt-charts) and easy to get things done! I love how you can create custom dashboards and share them with your team in order to track large projects or keep an eye on all the small tasks that need to be completed. The support is always brilliant, 24/7.

Wrike was the Right Choice for our Team

After using several different programs to track new products and customization projects, we have found Wrike to be a very efficient solution for our entire company. In Wrike, we are able to set up and assign tasks necessary to complete projects, we can project completion dates thanks to the gantt chart and are able to store vital information in such a way that it is easy to access in the future. Currently the e-Learning Content Department is the primary user of Wrike, but it is accessible by the management team, sales, engineering, and customer service which allows us to communicate and collaborate company wide.

 Wrike Pros

Gantt chart -- This helps with projects that are complex and require various tasks or phases to be completed in order to develop a final project. We simply could not plan product releases effectively without this! Folders -- Organization is incredibly important when managing projects for several different facets (customer-driven, sales-driven, marketing-driven, etc) and the fact that I can manipulate and move projects into different folders helps me watch a project as it travels through our "workflow" from inception to delivery. Tasks -- Not only developing unlimited tasks and sub-tasks with deadlines, but also being able to assign them to different people within our teams has allowed us to have a central point to work from. I highly appreciate the ability to duplicate folders with their included tasks as our workflow is often repeated for similar projects.

Wrike Cons

I would like a "big picture" view of where my projects are. Like a bulletin board with statuses?

With sub-tasks, I find myself wishing that changing a tasks' deadline would also change the subtasks' deadlines. When I push things forward or backward with the Gantt chart, I then have to go into each subtask and adjust them as well. Sometimes, it seems easier to make everything tasks so I can use the cause/effect of dependencies. Duration can be confusing at times given that sometimes a task will take a bit of time daily over several days, but not necessarily all day. Group several tasks like that together and planning resources becomes difficult because you cannot distinguish how much ACTUAL time on a given day is needed for a particular project. I find myself planning by dates and not durations. I think if there were a way to use these independently, that would be helpful.

To Wrike is to be Productive!

Wrike has made our department more efficient, more productive, and we do not miss deadlines.  What more could you ask for?  It is a very comprehensive project management tool, so take the time to learn it, you'll be glad you did.

Wrike Replaces All

I started using Wrike 5 years ago at a previous company and now still using it today with my current company (we had to get them on board). We manage ALL tasks in Wrike. If there's anything we need to do, we put it in Wrike, assign it out and collaborate withing the tool. It does everything we need. It took about 6 months to convince everyone to leave their old ways and adopt Wrike but it's working because Wrike can do it all!

I have used a few different task management tools. Asana, Trello, Producteev, Microsoft's stuff; but Wrike tops them all. While it sounds a little cliche, I haven't found something that I wanted to do/organize that I couldn't do on Wrike. It allows for nested, upon nested sub tasks, timeline views, priority management, time clocking, and awesome collaboration.
