We've been using Wrike for several years, and I appreciate it more all the time. I've found it excellent as both personal to-do tool and a collaborative project management tool for keeping everyone informed and on-task. Its cross-platform support is excellent, and I love how scalable it is for complex projects.

Wrike keeps it together
An easy way to get things done.
When I was hired a year a go at my company, I was tasked with finding and maintaining a software that could track our implementation process for oncoming and exiting branches. When I found Wrike, I found a tool that was easy to use and reasonably priced for all the features we could use. It has the ability to be great, once someone has the training to utilize all of the features. It is flexible and even the most un-tech savvy people are able to use and understand it. It is a great tool for anyone looking to make project management easy.
Project Management at It's Finest
We've been using Wrike since before I was hired 2 years ago and we use it for many purposes. It is great for managing your team across the project. We also use it to pass along data or find past information about projects that are repeated. With so many tools, organization is easy and communicating with the team to get things done is even easier!

Non-Profit with multiple locations
We've been using Wrike at our mid-size nonprofit for just over 1 year. Going from a team that had never used a Project Management software to communicating through Wrike for all our tasks has been a challenge for us internally, but it's been met with great support and training from the team at Wrike. We have multiple locations and offices that our teams work from, however many of the staff interface with all locations so this tool has really improved communication for our team members at the two smaller offices.
Wrike - A unique angle on project planning that brings power to teams
We've used Wrike for a couple of years. I find it flexibility powerful, tasks can be easily categorized to allow you to approach your work in a variety of ways.
- Well structured to all individuals to organize tasks as they want (I use GTD named folders) while still maintaining a share structure for team work.
- Powerful tools for collaboration with your team.
- I like the way it integrates with Google Apps.
- It is reasonably priced.
