Very Good Customer Support with Attensity

One of the best features of Attensity is their support team. They are always available to answer questions and offer support for extraction and IT problems. 

The team will respond quickly and will solve the problem in no time. I do not have to wait for hours or be transferred between different departments. 

Another strength of Attensity is the ability this program to categorize queries and personalize the order in which they are put in. I can use the categories that come with the program or I can make my own based on the information I want to look at and analyze. This allows me to find exactly what I am looking for in no time at all. 

It is even more helpful when I use both the structured and the unstructured fields. This makes things easier to analyze and I can use this information to make important decisions for my business.

Our experience with the tool

The Attensity tool helps us collect and analyze data in a very efficient way. We found it to be very effective in conducting analysis. This product was able to combine both structured and unstructured data to provide a rich and insightful analysis. Another pro to using the Attensity product is that it has a very effective support team. Whenever, I had a problem I was able to contact them. After, I explained the situation to them,they were able to resolve the problem quickly. I have never seen another text analytics tool that was able to do this any better. Eventhough, I was pleased with the effectiveness of the Attensity product in conducting analysis, as well as the efficiency of the support group, there were two things that I found to be problematic. The first is that the tool is not very user friendly. I found it very difficult to understand how to use it as first. Also, in order to utilize this product its utmost efficiency, it requires a lot of time.This is not a cheap tool which can be a set back in consumers who are trying to find cost efficient ways to conduct data analysis.

Great Customer Service!

When I chose to use Attensity, I was looking for a company that would be client focused. I like to feel that a company actually cares about me, that they have my back, and that is what I got with this company. I really appreciate the fact that their customer support is so good. They really seem to value their clients, and they have been there for me every step of the way as I have worked with their tool. When looking for a service to turn my text data into data that is quanitfiable, Attensity was a great choice. They even provide good reports that help me out, as well. I really couldn't be happier with the type of service that they have offered me. My only issue with Attensity is the fact that their tool can be difficult to tune. This task can become a bit laborious, which is a bit frustrating.

Best for companies with 500-1,000 posts per day

When I used Attensity, I didn’t find it as good as I had expected. I do believe it was because I don’t have small company or a start-up which have lower activity. As someone who works for a larger corporation with usually around 2,000-10,000 posts per day, this tool is just not powerful enough. In our case we simply had more to do, when using the tool that is designed to focus on brands that have around 500-1,000 posts during the same time period. If the user doesn’t have too high traffic, then I think Attensity is useful when it comes to arranging the posts.
