Good Marketing

I found Eloqua to be an easy to use marketing platform that not only automated many parts of a given marketing campaign but made the entire process less of a hassle and far more efficient than it has been in the past. The amount of functionality and ability to customize the program to my needs--or the specific needs of a customer or marketing campaign-- is simply incredible. The program allows me to identify leads in a timely manner and helps me get the information to my team quickly so that little time is lost when dealing with time sensitive projects.I also found the ease of learning the program to be a plus as well. The 'hands on' approach used by the company allowed for a quick, simple training process which helped me become familiar with the program a lot more quickly than with other programs in the past. The support I got from customer service was also top notch; friendly, helpful, and willing to work with me to solve any problems I may have. Overall, Eloqua is an excellent product and one I am glad to have.

Eloqua makes life easier

If you have been looking for a platform to help you manage your online marketing efforts, Eloqua is her to help. Oracle has really developed a solution that fits businesses of many sizes all while providing support and reliable infrastructure. Eloqua helped me in segmenting and targeting our database, as well as manage customer relations and setting things up for social media. Aside from its technical support, Eloqua has a great user community to help answer questions and support each individual user. I also loved its reporting capabilities which easily helped us pull data and present it in ways that made sense for all involved. Although one could always use more reporting features, Eloqua has worked hard on continuously updating its report offerings, always keeping it relevant and useful. I would recommend this product because it is easy to use and comes with the backing of serious company that virtually guarantees constant improvement and innovation.

Generating Good Marketing Demand Is What Eloqua Does Best

When I first found Eloqua, I was rather surprised to find out that they're used by some of the big names in the marketplace. So I knew right off the bat that they were likely to provide a good service that had become synonymous with quality. This assumption was correct. Lead generation has never been easier for me. Though the service can be a bit clunky and on the slower end sometimes, my returns have been ten fold what I expected. The clunky aspect take a little getting used to, especially when uploading, but it's nothing to worry about really. My team has really been able to get some solid demand generation results fromEloqua though, results that we likely wouldn't have been able to get anywhere else. I would recommend this service for anyone considering a new approach to their marketing or to anyone who isn't fully satisfied with their current services.

Good program, poor support

I needed help with my marketing work, I needed some kind of program that would make all that I do, work a little better, a little more efficiently. Then I found Eloqua. Eloqua allows me to run a regular, classic marketing automation program, and it lets me do this with lead nurturing and list segmentation. So far, through the help of Eloqua, I have begun to work by building out a lead nurturing program. I plan to implement the help that lead scoring offers at some point in the future - and I am excited to do so. One of the biggest problems that I have faced with Eloqua is the fact that their customer service and support is really poor. If they could just hire more knowledgeable and courteous employees, that would help out a lot. Also, the change management just isn't what it should be after deployment. I feel that could be improved.

Stick with E9 and don't use it for sales

As long as your needs are limited to most basic cases, Eloqua would be a great choice. According to the users who have updated their E9 to E10 the program the program got a bit weaker so if you have the possibility, I would suggest skipping the update. We also had couple of other setbacks especially when using it for sales. At this moment we decided not to use the program anymore. For Sales it was impossible to generate the templates on their own. For this simple task they had to involve a marketing user to complete it in the depths of Eloqua.
