Freshdesk is delivering just as promised. It is a company that is not only outstanding but it also offers outstanding customer care services to help you come to terms with its services. Its customer care will communicate via email, phone, live chat and even videos just to ensure your concern is handled first hand. I am pretty confident that I will receive assistance every time I have a concern no matter how small.
If you are looking for a solution, then Freshdesk is the company you should be working with. We did not experience any difficulties configuring this tool into our own suitable environment. Talking of user experience, it provides an outstanding experience even for beginners. It provides state of the art technology but at the same time it is easy to to implement into our task force to promote change management.
With a task force of more than 500, its email integration feature is working wonders for us. We can easily keep track of all we need thus providing better services as a company.
We have been using Freshdesk for about halfway through the year and we have not reported any performance defaults. All these come at affordable rates beating competitors in the market.
Freshdesk setup is simple to use yet powerful to serve our different services that add up to about 40 from different agents. We are however concerned about increasing our services while still on this platform.
Though Freshdesk's reporting capabilities are okay, we are hoping that the team will better this service. The team promises to make this service great after discussions with them.
We settled for Freshdesk due to its outstanding features that come at affordable rates as well as a previous encounter while working with Freshdesk pre-sales task force. We are receiving positive feedback and response from our clients. This tool promised to help us deliver better services, and our clients and agents are backing up this claim positively.

Great Customer Service, Affordable and Great Features

Impressed but could be even better
I was very impressed with how easy Freshdesk is to use, when considering how many different functions it has, and how well all these work. The way that the ticket system works means that it is always easy to see who is dealing with what, and you can easily see the things that you need to work on during the day. I work from home, not in the office but Freshdesk offers me a great way to keep in touch with my colleagues. That being said, the chat system works a lot better with clients than it does with co-workers and this is one area where I think the system could be improved. Only one person is able to edit a document at a time as well, which can cause problems when more than one person has the document open because any changes that have been made have the potential to be overwritten. I also think that a database could be introduced that would make it easier to quickly find the information that we were looking for, rather than having to search through pages of notes. We have a fairly unusual structure in our company and Freshdesk allows us to still work efficiently. We are able to share tasks out amongst ourselves while still maintaining a good working relationship which only benefits the company.

Freshdesk Gives Control of My Contacts Back to Me!
These days, my e-mail can be likened to a torrential downpour of information: spam, ads, tasks, appointments...it's so much to sort through, it can seem outright insurmountable at times. Thankfully I came across Freshdesk. My favorite aspect of Freshdesk is, without a doubt, the high level of automation in e-mail management. On top of that, the interface is crisp, clean, and easy to use, and the filtering settings are both highly efficient and customizable. It's made managing my e-mail a breeze compared to the chore it was before. I think my only complaint is that I don't quite get how to use the Elastisearch feature yet, especially in regard to the proper syntax for finding e-mails based on specific criteria outside of keywords. Considering the high volume of them I get in my day-to-way work, it's not always easy to remember what's where! All in all, though, Freshdesk is a refreshingly simple way to manage your e-mails, contacts, and other settings; I highly recommend it for anyone looking to save time so they can focus on productivity.

Freshdesk Is Professional And Supportive
I've felt that Freshdesk has exceeded our expectations with its service. Throughout our use of their products, they've focused on getting us the type of solution we need. They really are a client-forward company that provides solid support across the board. One of the best parts is that support doesn't just have to be on the phone or via email, but can also be provided by chat or even video call. Few other companies meet this level of quality regarding support. The service itself has also fit our needs very well. Setting it up was quick and intuitive, and the design was professional. The one thing I'd complain about is the needed ability to more easily convert the same profile across the board to other situations. Without good organization, this process currently could become confusing and difficult, slowing things down. We found the reports could be improved but were adequate for our needs overall. Configuration was quick and easy even for our specific dept with its focus on unique branding and security. We found that the UX was a cut above the rest, but still felt welcoming in its ease of use. However, if you're going to be using a lot of CSV for detailed reporting, this service may be a bit cumbersome and needs some improvement. The company seems open to making some of these changes, which is a good sign.
