We have found that the work flow, streamlining client interactions, recording phone calls, and the ability to email has all increased tremendously from the help of this product. We are able to take the needed tickets and re-assign them to the proper individuals at a much faster rate. This is allowing our company to get business taken care of in a properly timed manner. The requests that are made are able to be answered quicker as well. The system tools are easy-to-use and are set up exactly as we need them to be in order to work. Our team has found that we are able to access written correspondences at ease. We enjoy having the ability to measure the time it takes to receive a request and to send out a response. We are able to have a faster turn around rate which makes it easier to hit our daily goals in order to succeed. This product has made working for the company and helping our clients overall better.

TeamSupport lives up to its name. It supports me in all of my business needs. This program helps me to create track-able tickets for all of my customers with no problems. I am able to assign tickets to a specific user or even a group of users. This makes finding the info I need very easy.

A great way to keep up with tickets
If you are looking for a really great way to assign staff to tickets; TeamSupport does a really great job! Even after the first day of using this program, we could tell there was a major difference. This versatile program allows you to track tickets and is the perfect way to keep up with their effectiveness. One small down side to this program, is the reports and how they were arranged. We felt like they could be more detailed, but overall this is a great program. Before using this program, it was hard to keep tract of tickets and our information moved very slowly. It has helped us become more efficient and we are able to share information better between staff members. TeamSupport is really a must have for any busy company. I would recommend this program to others in my industry and I will keep using it in my own company.

Extremely Satisfied with TeamSupport!
TeamSupport has made it possible to keep better track of requests from our customers concerning changes to our software, enhancements, and bugs. While we have not found the program to be perfect, efficiency has improved exponentially due to this product. With TeamSupport, we are able to help customers in a more timely manner. Our turnaround has become much faster, due to the increased efficiency provided by TeamSupport. One of the few downsides we have discovered with this software is that the reporting tool is not very robust. We are optimistic that this small disadvantage will be improved in time! However, the advantages to TeamSupport greatly outweigh the disadvantages. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and will continue using TeamSupport in the future. The team has also made a very positive impact on us; it is great to know we are well taken care of when we have software issues that need addressed!

Thanks, to Team Support I can now have any concerns of my clients addressed appropriately.Team support also provides a central location; this way there is an avenue for companies like mine that have remote or home-based workers. Because of its central location, and being web-based this makes it much easier for companies to share important, and urgent information with customers, and employees, it doesn’t matter if those employees or customers are remote or based at company headquarters.

Getting Back On Track
If you are looking for tech support help, and you need to know which products your costumers are having problems with, TeamSupport is definitely the way to go. They not only help by telling you which products your costumers are having issues with, but they also track how long it will take to resolve the issues and get you back on track. There are a few problems with TeamSupport and a few minor details that they could improve on, such as allowing internal conversation threads in the tickets, but otherwise they are great. They are very simple and easy to use and they do more than I ever could have expected! They more than met my needs as a tech support database tool, and I am very happy that I went with them and decided to use them. If only they would improve on those little things, then everything would be great!
