Thank you Brad for your help today! I love the chat feature, and you were so helpful with my questions! It didn't take long at all,  it was an easy fix, and I love knowing I can always count on excellent customer service from TSheets! 

Jayden was very helpful and patient as he helped me get our customers and vendors in order. TSHEETS is user friendly, but they are always eager to help when help is needed. Also, I had a bill that was overcharged and they removed the extra fees with no questions asked. I am very happy with TSHEETS!

I am so pleased with TSheets and their employees's knowledge.  I needed some advanced help and worked with Emma who was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.  I had used a competitors time tracking before and it was difficult to get help, very complicated and had several false alerts.  A new employee told me about TSheets, I gave it a trial and jumped in with both feet.  I would recommend TSheets to any company, they are truly the best! 

I was at my wits end on trying to sync Tsheets with my Quick Books when I called. Amanda began helping me and trying all sorts of things that still did not work.  She was so patient and pleasant during our struggles that I did not need to continue pulling my hair out!!!!!  We finally found the problem and now everything works great.  Thank you so much Amanda and all the Support Team at TSheets.

Just had a marathon session with Denise.  The phone message while holding said - "i was their favorite customer"....i thought, right, whatever....But.....OMG.  I had 5 item agenda for training me on a complex migration of job costing and switching from a beta to live.  Every item i had questions, Denise would be more than patient and help me understand.  Simplicity in design and passionate people like Denise make TSheets the Company to watch.  Congrats on a great team and product.
